  Bought a used slingshot. Didnt get to test drive it per there policy. Got their tire and wheel protection for everyday wear; not honor after one day later I found gouges on my tire of 5/32. Only got one key.

  Went in on a Friday afternoon to look at a 2014 Ducati Panigale ****, I found online. After negotiations with the sales person, we came to terms on price and that new tires for the bike to finalize the deal because the tires were 8 years old. This was confirmed several times with the sale person before and after signing of all the paperwork. Even after paperwork was signed, he pushed the back in the back and stated "we will get the bike checked out through our multi-check process and put the new tires on". The next day I showed back up all excited about taking possession of the bike, they pulled it around up front and the first thing I noticed was that the bike did not have the new tires as promised. The sales person stated, "since it passed the state inspection, we did not put tires on it". I responded, "that is not what we agreed on". He goes and gets a manager and they asked "who told you we would put new tires on the bike", my response, "the sales person right in front of me" and he confirmed the agreement we had. They stated, "we will take care of it, so hangout in the showroom while we install the new tires as agreed upon". So, about 15 minutes later, another person walks up to me (who never introduced himself) with the sale person in toe, and states, "we are not going to put tires on the bike, so you can give us your debt card back and we will refund your money". At this point, I wanted nothing to do with a motorcycle dealership that would not honor their commitment to do what they said they were going to do.Nevertheless, they are very aware of their poor ratings that they will push you to complete a 5 star review of them to receive $25 off additional purchases, I was asked several times by the sales person to use my cell phone to complete one while I waited to sign the final paperwork. The entire purchasing process, deception and dishonesty will be an experience I will long remember. Hope your experience will be better than mine.

  Took jet boat in for the first, 10 hour service. Boat was thoroughly cleaned before taken in with cover on. Always check before you leave the property. Boat was taken out and cupholder trim was missing, front ski locker was full of water (which has never had water in it due to plug always being in), a locking nut was found under seat (seat now moves around and makes noise, which never did before), engine bay always has water in it (it never did before) and the bilge pump is always working now. It's seems that items were sabatoged so that we would have bring the boat back in to be looked at. Terrible business ethics. Horrible service department. Even the buying process was terrible. Stay away from this place.
