      I recently purchased a 2023 RZR **** XP was charged with a freight fee of ******** and a dealer assembly fee of ********. My Bill of sale was over ******! Has anyone else been charged this much ?

      The pricing was not transparent and ended up at about $2,000 above the **** for the *** I bought once you added in dealer addons. The dealer is not professional in that they would not provide copies of the contract or the paperwork I signed. Also, the *** was not inspected by them prior to me picking it up and there were missing screws, and push pin connections on the fenders and body. I should have looked at the BBB rating which shows them as F and customer ratings of one star. This is the Ridenow in ******** **

      The service I've received is terrible. They picked up 2 Rykers for a safety recall at no charge. Then held the bikes for 2 weeks without even scheduling the work to be done. I called twice during this time had to push them to get the work done. I also left messages without a return phone call. Finally, when the work was completed, they would return the bikes unless I paid a $350 delivery charge, that was subsequently discounted to $100. This charge was attributed to a "new policy". It was a bait and switch to pick up the bikes at no charge (like had been done previously) and then charge me an exhorbitant price to deliver the bikes back. There was never a notice of a new policy prior to this. I have no respect for RideNow at this time.

      I wanted to now the price of a 2022 ****** Xmax scooter out the door. The bike cost $4799, but they wouldn't tell the price of the bike until I gave them all my information and then spent an hour plus waiting for them to go through there process of getting asked a hundred questions and being shown around the store and having people I didn't want to meet sign off on a sheet of people and ask me even more questions and none of them answer my question of how much the bike cost out the door! The only question I had in the first place. The the price was $7800 out the door! I was and still am ****** off because I shouldn't have to get a credit check to know the out the door price of any product!!! In my opinion this is a shady business practice and it puts an unnecessary hit on your credit score, when all they had to do was tell me the price out the door! Now, my information is in that place and they can do anything with it and that should be illegal!

      The *****, ** store sold me a bike that was having starting issues and told me it was just because the battery sat for a while and needed to be warmed up. Less than 7 days after purchase after a 2-hour ride, the bike shut off, and turns out the engine is blown. Just like everyone else who complained on the BBB website. The service manager, ****, told me that they have the best Polaris mechanics in the state and do a full inspection on the bike, but yet didn't see that the engine was on its way out. The tires on the bike were not safe to drive on since they were dry-rotted so we asked to switch them with the bike we originally came for (that one ended up having engine issues so we couldn't buy that one). They told me the only way they could switch the tires is if I left a 5-star ****** review. While we were waiting for the bike a few of the other employees let me know that the ***************** is selling ATVs to people that are leaking oil all over the showroom floor and that we definitely should not buy anything from them. The sad thing is we are a young couple (23 & 24) and told EVERYONE working with us that we were buying this to go on a family camping/riding trip for Christmas and they still sold us this bike knowing the engine was bad. 100% a scam dealership. I do not understand how they are not shut down yet.

      RIDENOW CHANDLER ON ********************************** ***** BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DONT GIVE A C*** ABOUT ABOUT THE CUSTOMER ALL THEY WANT IS MONEY. 1ST my brother buys a 2 place ****** jetski trailer and he goes to pick it up and the give it to him with 1 crank. Its a place trailer like i said earlier what u gonna do with 1 crank. He tells the sales guy and they want to order the crank. My brother had to tell him to get off another trailer not his problem. 1 week later i buy a new can am x3 4 seater. I recieve the car 1 hour later and over looking it with sales guy and another guy and 1 of the doors is jacked. Notified them right there on the spot as we were looking at it. 3 month later after i call no call or notice on there part i get a new door with orange stickers my car is blue wtf. Now 3 month later again so 6 month after sale and still no door sticker or call or anything. But they got my money. Never buy here again. Not sure if **** is any better but going there next time.

      Apparently my review is **** Characters too long. So here it is. DO NOT GO HERE. Arrogant employees, treat you as if you are the problem after you spend $55k on a brand new boat. Dirty ************ not cleaning up after themselves. Try to make it better by offering things to get you to take a 1 star rating down.. True salesmen that just want your money and onto the next. I will never set foot inside of this establishment again. I have a 2 page review that I would be glad to send of every step of the way that happened. The good and the bad.

      They have delivered an atv for my daughter 3 times over the last 11 months and it wont start. They told me that it starts on their property. When I tell them, it does not start on my property and the person who delivers it cannot get it to start. They told me he is a delivery person not a service technician. Its a service technician who is a grown man cannot start a vehicle. How can an 11 year old child start a vehicle. They lied and said the ****** manager would call and he has not and now they are saying he will not. They offered a trade to another model and when my husband went in they refused that. We will contact corporate and take it to small claims and tha t state attorney general

      Most of this is my bad but I got charged 2 times more for an almost 10-year-old motorcycle than it was new! Wish I had paid more attention to the paperwork because if I did, I would have walked out! Buyer beware.....basically over pricing. Also, my temp tag has expired, and nobody there will help me see if and when I will get my permanent tag! A police officer pulled me over to give me a ticket, but let me go after I explained the situation that Ride Now had not sent my tag. Buyer beware!

      Do not give this company your hard earned money. There is are several good reasons why they have an F rating with the BBB. They don't give enough characters here to cover my complaint. Let's just say their customer service SUCKS! I would give a zero if I could.
