      I purchased my motorcycle on 12/3/3022 at store # ***** my account # ******* . You need to refund the amount of $ ****** then send it to the bank so they can applied to my principal balance and that is not happening I been at the dealership many times asking for it and still not getting the refund .

      I purchased 2 Jet ski's from my local dealer in *******. I refinanced and paid them off within a month. I had requested the *** insurance. Since the skis were now paid off I no longer needed the ***. When going through my paperwork to find the info on the *** I discovered that Ride NOW had also sold me extended warranty's for $1500 per ski without my knowledge or consent. I saw on my contract for the *** that I could cancel with the dealer or the insurance company. I canceled direct with the insurance company back at the end of March. They confirmed that two checks were sent back to Ride Now, one on 4/9 and the other on 4/15. I also mailed in cancellation notices to my local Ride Now for the *** and Warranty's in April. When following ** in May I was told they had tried to contact me to come in and sign their cancellation form. I did go in and signed that sometime in mid-May. It's now August and I have yet to receive a refund for anything. I would like my $1,998.00 *** refund less the small fee as stated in my contract. I would like my extended warranty refund of $3,000.00 in full as I never asked for or agreed to that purchase. Yes I see in going through my forms that I did sign one page with the info on it. Unfortunately I only signed and did not read everything. I did look at the cost breakdown though and did not see those on there but the *** was clearly outlined. After going through everything I see they added the cost of the warranty's into the total of the jet skis. Had it been clearly outlined like the *** on the cost breakdown I would have seen and said no way. Sneaky! My local dealer stated that all refunds come from the corp. location. It has been almost 4 months and they have not bothered to refund me the 5K they owe me. I have called and left messages on the corp. cxl department voicemail without a call back. I have been very patient but want my money. If I don't hear something ASAP I will also be filing an Attorney General complaint.
