      I purchased eye glasses in March of 2022. Paid for them with no remaining balance. Now 2 years later, a debt collector calls every day saying I have an outstanding balance of 80$. I have seen now on many reviews stating same experience happened to them! Tried to contact store. They are unwilling to help or explain charges.

      I broke my glasses and came into the store at ******* and Oracle,they made me an appointment for 2 weeks and gave me the appointment card,today 5/10/2024 I went into the store for My appointment and first they told me I have no appointment,then I showed them the appointment card and they changed the story to I cancelled the appointment. That was not true. They were very rude and wouldn't try to fix there mistake, 3 other of my family get glasses there and never have we been treated so unprofessional before. We deserve an apology

      Today, March 22, 2024, I went to Nationwide Vision to pick up my eyeglasses and was told by the lady at the front desk that the laboratory had broken my eyeglass frames. These frames retail from $400 to $600 (SALT ******* 1B ********* Indigo blue). She said I had signed a waiver and that there was nothing they could do for me. A waiver should not mean the laboratory has permission to destroy my property without liability. I did receive a refund for the lenses ($362), but nothing for my frames.

      I went to Nationwide vision, on February 14th 2024, I was told I had to pay $40 for my eye exam which I've never paid before because I'm on disability and my disability ********** advantage covers that I called and talked to ********** advantage and spoke with a ******* she told me yes in fact my exam was included for contacts and I should not have to pay any out of pocket money they told me I had to pay $40 and they were keeping my prescription for contacts hostage until I gave them $40 this is a constant problem with Nationwide they discriminate against poor people this is the third year in a row that I have had issues with them getting me contacts the first year I didn't even get the contacts the second year I had to wait 3 months and now this is the third time I'm trying to get contacts and they're holding my prescription hostage until I give them $40 that I should not have to pay according to ***** care worker ******* who I spoke with today February 14th 2024 I'm unhappy with this it's always a problem because I'm poor and on disability and have a disability that they give me issues and I just wonder how many more poor people have been duped out of $40 when they didn't have to pay $40 they're double dipping us poor people who are on disability who have disabilities and no money no extra money to spend I wasn't told that I had to pay $40 it was just a shock when I sat down and she said well you don't get anything until you pay the $40 I'm I'm tired of being discriminated against by this company I am sad and feeling unfortunate that I have to go to this company because it's the only company ********** advantage covers and I just want them to do their job and stop treating us people on disability and people who have disabilities like c*** I'm just finished with it and something needs to be done this isn't the first second it's the third time and I filed grievances both of the other times and I'm filing grievances this time I've had it someone has to do something you're the better Business bureau and you should be able to get them under control and stop discriminating and double dipping into poor people's pockets who do not have the money

      In may of 2023 my wife and myself had our eyes checked, ordered contacts and 2 weeks later picked up contacts seemlessly. Then come November I received an email that I had an outstanding balance, thinking its a scam no response. Then in January we both received a paper bill showing a balance for both of us. Called the store who stated they were informed to have everyone call billing. Went to the store and the representative tried to tell us that the insurance was supposed to pay $150 but only paid $100. But nationwide is attempting to collect $60 from me and $92 from my wife. Btw. We have had the same insurance for 20+ years and they have only ever covered $100. I believe they are attempting to overcharge their customers. Also asked representative for a corporate number and she stated they do not have a corporate number for patients.

      Hello I am receiving a bill from the company saying I owe money when I paid my amount at the time of service. This is the amount they told me to pay at the time of service. ****** didn't do their job now they are billing my from July of 2023

      I bought a pair of glasses less than a year and they spit like a windshield.I went to the shop and they said too bad.They didnt even last a year!! I didnt do anything to them, the lens just split!

      We went to nationwide vision for 3years and we went to the location on ********** and ****** at ***** Marketplace in ***** and we went to ***************** and ************* in ****************. They told my that he had diabetes and he doesn't have that . They were rude to me about the card and the guy argued with ******** and the insurance company and the guy gave the other person free contacts and he was nice to them. We want them to take us off the email address and stop texting us . And delete our names off there computers. We want $500.00 dollars for being rude to us about our glasses and harassing us . We are recovering from covid and we are on oxygen. We are a disabled couple. We want our money back. Thank you.

      I first went to get my eyes exam 1/27/23 the first pair were wrong the progression was not what I asked for the second pair came and it still wasn't right they didn't bother to tell me the frames that I picked out were to small for bifocals. so picked another pair of frames these also were wrong I received a refund. Went back for the 4th time 8/2/23 picked a frame and the glasses came in the prescription the Dr put in were wrong the glasses were way to weak. They secluded a another appointment #5 for 8:30 9/11/23 I arrived at the store only to find it closed and the door was locked knocked on the door no one was there called them no answer. Went home. They told my ***************** they were there and the door was opened. Which was a lie. I have a trip monitor on my car and shows were I went and my phone shows my calls. I am not going back to this store as my time and gas is worth something. Why would I go to the store only to turn around and go home.       Received an eye exam and ordered glasses on Friday, July 28, 2023. They came back a week later but my vision was blurry with them. They sent the glasses off to have them redone. They came back a week later and were the same. They were not usable. I asked to get a refund so I could go try a different place. They told me that I cannot return glasses, even though they are not usable.
