      I brought my kids in for glasses. They asked about dilation, I said sure. My son will be turning 18 soon so I wanted to get everything done I could before he has to worry about his own insurance. They used different drops without notifying me. Dilated my daughter eyes for 4 days! She couldn't be exposed to light. When we were seen at their medical facility I was told, she doesn't need dilation. She never will. He eyes are "albino eyes" where you can see thru without having to dialate. When I called the store back and asked why she was dilated then, they said they didn't know but the guy was new and maybe didn't know. I paid all my bills in store. I had 2 separate insurances. Months later now, I receive a bill for $10 for each of my kids still nickel and diming me after I said I was no longer going to use you all due to them messing up my daughters eyes. I paid all bills in store. They called and verified my insurance and what was covered thru delta. Then whatever wasn't covered shouldve went thru the state. ON TOP OF THE CASH I PAID IN STORE. I'm a single mom. Over one eye glass appt, I then had to deal with 2 Emergency room visits and 2 med visits across town. Now months later, they are harassing me daily for 2 $10 charges. You all messed up and im not paying more for you messing up my daughters eyes. I shouldve sued you!

      I ORDER A PAIR OF GLASSES AND CONTACTS FOR MY SON AND A PAIR OF GLASSES FOR MY DAUGHTER ,THEY CALL ME THAT MY SON CONTACTS WHERE READY I PICK THEM UP , AND 2 WEEKS LATER THEY CALL ME TO PICK UP THE GLASSES AND SIGN A FORM FOR PICKING THEM UP , BUT SINCE MY SON WAS NOT WITH ME AT THE ***** THEY SAID HE HAS TO TRY THEM ON BEFORE I CAN TAKE THEM , THEY ONLY GIVE ME MY DAUGHTERS GLASSES, DAYS LATER THEY WERE SAYING THEY GIVE ME HIS GLASSES WHEN THEY NEVER WANTED TO GIVE ME THE GLASSES BECAUSE HE WASN'T THERE .

      I am being balanced billed for date of service 8/20/22 while I was in office they ran me my benefits and I paid the total balance in office when my contacts arrived I was told I didnt owe anything now they have been billing me $135.00 since October 2022 Ive called ****************** over 10x with false promises and no resolution they keep billing me and threatening to send me To collections. *** also filed a grievance with my insurance as well.I call billing department with no calls back

      We have been a customer for decades and ever since the pandemic we have been having issues with this company. Multiple stores have issues and the employees are rude and disrespectful and doesn't care about their customers. Most recent one was at the happy valley location in phoenix...This happened on December 30th 2022. My son's glasses broke and need to get a replacement. Went to the store, they were suppose to close at 6pm I arrived at 550pm... doors were locked their was 2 employees in there. **** came out and said they were still open but to busy to let me get my replacement pair ordered. She took my info, they didnt take the glasses though and said they will call me back but never did. today I called them 10 times and no one picked up the phone. The time before was about a year ago and they had given us issues and bent our glasses and claimed they were fine, those pair of glasses were never fixed and the business continues to treat us rudely and very unprofessional. This is been an ongoing thing ever since the pandemic. I would like a resolution for this poor service and recommend to the company to work on their service or they my not be in business much longer.

      I ordered glasses from them, received my glasses, wore my glasses, frame completely broke, they fixed the frame and started wearing them again and the frame just broke again like it did before, thank gosh i have my back up pair but they told me they wouldn't fox again because i didn't purchase the extended warranty, I'm sorry I've been wearing glasses for many many years and have never has *********** so many times or ever in my time of wearing glasses

      staff member ******** mocked my child. claims to have done nothing. want this person dealt with.
