    EcoShield Pest Solutions is charging me for services not rendered. On July 18th, 2022, they did not show up for a scheduled service. The technician emailed me stating service was complete. The email stated he did not have access to the entire perimeter and no one answered when he knocked or rang the doorbell. He also mentioned he did spray the outside front yard, lamps, and steps. I do not have steps. This is a lie and I guarantee he did not show up. I even had a friend at home waiting with me. I called several times, responded to all of their emails and text messages, and finally got my account closed. They continue to send me an invoice for that day. Again, I have responded to their emails and text messages in addition to calling them. Now, it's gotten to the point they are threatening to send that unpaid invoice to collections. I have been told twice that a manager would call me to resolve this issue. Nobody has called me. Bottom line, they are harassing me and I have had mental turmoil trying to get this issue taken care of.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    Ecosheild rep came to my house sold me on how great services were made 1st payment i told them my pest concerns But I had JUST moved in boxes everywhere, they couldn't do much I had a path to walk through my home but no efficient spray could happen without access to entire home eco rep was aware and assured me that they come back in 2 weeks to finish the 1st initial service. On that visit they were to revisit inside as well so they could get more access to house and my garage and closet (where I had seen the pest!)which they came but 1- I was unaware they were coming 2-they NEVER came inside to spray or backyard.. so spiderwebs in high corners NEVER got brushed away (as promised when I signed up) 3- the pest problem NEVER went away or even controled i paid for a service that never got completed they continue to try and charge me Im now being sent to collections for a service THAT WAS NEVER COMPLETED ive reached out they scheduled an new initial service they never showed up and I missed work and waited home ALL DAY NO ONE SHOWED UP but they tried charging me again!!!EVERYTIME IVE CALLED TO COMPLAIN AND ASK FOR A SUPERVISOR SHE IS BUSY IN MEETINGS. I'm told her name is *************************** but I've never spoken to her
