    This company is a scam and tries extortion to get you to take their services!!! A sales person came to my house on April 26, 2025, and I never unlocked my screen door or opened it. I told this person I didnt have a bug problem. He didnt take no for an answer. After saying no three or four times, I shut the door. This took less than two minutes on Monday, April 28, 2025 a person came to my door and said he was there to start work from Eco Shield. I told him I said no when the salesman was here. He shoved his phone at my door and said my address is on a contract with them. He proceeded to give me someone elses name. I am a white woman and he told me the name on the contract was ******. This person was very irate and rude on my front porch. Later that day, I tried to call the company and there is no way to get a hold of anybody. I notified our local police department and the Better Business Bureau. April 29, 2025. Another person from this company showed on my doorstep saying he was there to do work. My adult son opened the door and told him the same thing we signed the contract. He also told my son the name was ******. My son called the police asked the person to stay till the police got there and he told my son to F offand took off like a bat out of h*** ********** talks to me like that on my front porch!!! I have now notified the ************************. I am leaving reviews anywhere I can to let everyone know this company tries everything. They will even try extortion to scare you into taking their services!!! Never let any company treat you this way!!! I have continued to keep a diary of this whole incident! If they so much as try to come after me to bill me or take me to court I have plenty of proof I didnt sign anything!!! I have plenty to take to a lawyer!

    They wouldn't come out to service my property. I have been a customer for 3 years and called one other time. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for them to call me for a appointment and they never did. Finally, when I got a call they told me a manager would call me and hang up on me.

    ******** EcoShield Rep ***** ****** signed me up for 4 quarterly services over 12 months for a total of $200 plus tax per service. After the 1st service, I received a bill for $220.4 as agreed with detail of my future recurring service with one extra service in June 2025 (not known to me at ******** on-site agreement) and recurring service in September 2025, December 2025, March 2026 and up to September 2026. I emailed and texted on ******** to ask EcoShield to rectify the contract to show only 4 services. As of ******** I did not get any response. I paid the 1st Service via check as I do not want them to auto-charge me. This company is not to be trusted. JM at *************, **

    Would rate less than 1 star if possible. It took me 4-5 emails and then a phone call with a representative is Asia to finally cancel my account. I was forced to sit on a call for 30+ minutes listening to the poor guy in **** try to cross-sell and up-sell me even though I said I DO NOT WANT ANY SERVICES! My annual contract is fulfilled and paid in full and I am moving ***** miles away. I just wanted to confirm the service would not continue and formally cancel. I was then asked what address I was moving to which I refused to give and is not necessary or legal to have to provide. I refused and was then told they couldn't process my termination until I provided them with something. I gave them the name of the city and then they proceeded to AGAIN try to sell me on transferring my service to my new address. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor which never happened. I kept getting put on hold being told "just one more minute... still processing..." COMPLETE AND TOTAL SCAM!

    More of the same as everyone has listed below. Impossible to cancel. After calling multiple times to cancel, I finally got an email in writing back in March that our contract had been cancelled. Today, my wife got a text message saying our quarterly service was scheduled for next week. I called and the woman acknowledged that our contract had been cancelled in March, but that "someone" had reinstated the account, which my wife and I absolutely did not do. Then she told me she had to transfer to me to another agent to resolve the issue and then left me on hold for over an hour before I finally gave ***** not ever sign anything with this company, they are snakes

    Salesperson came into our gated back yard without knocking on the door or anything. Caught the dogs and us by surprise. Afterwards, the person kept pushing about spiders, ants , etc... Typical BS. I had to decline multiple times informing him that we already have an agreement with a pest control service and don't need anything else right now. Very pushy too. Not the right way to do things.

    Beware: This is a contract service and they will not let you out of the contract even if they are responsible for not holding up there end of the contract. Major scheduling issues and then you call and get a bunch of empty promises

    Today, I get a knock on the door twice from an EcoShield salesman. I was on a business call the first time, so before he went into his sales pitch, I let him know that now wasnt a good time. He came back about an hour later trying to get me to sign up. Didnt tell me his name at that time. Just went into his sales pitch. I assured him I wasnt interested in making a commitment to any services at this time. I asked for a number/business card. He said, he was fresh out of business cards so I grabbed my phone to get his name and number. He never gave me a number. He went on for a bit longer then told me his name. He talked about what my neighbors signed up for, then asked me if I was interested. I told him not at the moment but perhaps another time. I even offered for him to come back the following week. He told me he wouldnt be in the area but he could give me a deal, as there was a route already setup in my area. Again, I told him I was not interested. He asked for my ID and Credit Card information. Saying that they wouldnt charge me it would just be on hold. I told him Im uncomfortable with giving him my credit card information but gave him my email and phone number to schedule something in the future. He asked me did I think he was trying to scam me or something? I asked him to leave and closed my door. This isnt the first time they knocked on my door. In fact, its beginning to be quite pestering. Last year the solicitor that came was told were not interested so many times I threaten to call the police if they didnt get off my property.

    One Star Deceptive Business Practices and Unauthorized Charges I had a terrible experience with EcoShield. I was misled by their salesman, **** ********, who assured me that I was only signing a receipt for a one-time service. I made it very clear that I did not want to be enrolled in any kind of ongoing agreement. He reassured me it was just a ************ my shock, a month later, my credit card was charged an additional $319.88, and I discovered they had enrolled me in a contract without my consent. When I contacted customer service (on a recorded line), they were dismissive and rude. Instead of helping me, they informed me that canceling would incur an additional cancellation feeeven though I never agreed to any contract in the first place.This felt like a scam from start to finish. I ended up in collections and paid for services I never received and never agreed to. The entire experience has been stressful, dishonest, and deeply disappointing. I strongly caution others to avoid this company.

    I take the 1 star back! NEVER do business with them. I had to cancel my credit card and post no trespassing signs just to get rid of them. They won't let me cancel the "service" though I've been trying for two days this time. I also tried in February but they wouldn't let me then either. well, I cancelled the credit card, so good luck getting paid. If you come on my property, I will call the police.
