      My solar installation was in **********, and Elevation was able to coordinate the process in time. Further along after the solar panel installation, Elevation customer service reached out to arrange for installation of their Curb monitoring system. The customer service continues the contact along the way until my system was fully online. Great customer service.

      The customer service with this company is very poor. We have had problems with the system for about 3 months now and they have not fixed the problem yet. We have lost all tax credits we had and are now paying for electricity. We just have to wait until they can get around to fixing the problem. I would give a negative star rating if it existed. The system worked great until it had a problem then its finger pointing so they dont have to take the blame.

We understand that having issues with the system can be a headache that our customers would like resolved ASAP; we will do what's possible to have the issue resolved quickly, however, this may entail coordination with suppliers, warranties, and/or sub contractors. Our ****************** has a case opened for your visit and it seems that 3rd party involvement contributed to the timeline, as well as our tight schedule this season.       I can't believe what i just read. One day or two days before Labor Day I called Elevation Solar **************** line to inform them that my roof was punctured and there is raining falling inside my house. I informed them that I have two small children in my home. I talk to the person who is there on the weekend. They told me they would let the folks know when they come back from the holiday and schedule an appointment for us. The appointment was 22 days later, September 22 I was told also that, there was a warranty for these type of problems, and that the problem will be resolved through the company. On September 22, 2023 someone came to look at my roof and he informed us that elevation solar was not responsible for puncher in my roof. Weve had these solar panels on my roof for two years now. Initially, when those panels were installed, the roof was punctured at that time. There was a guy who came to the house who put sealant inside the holes preventing leakage. The guy who came to my house on 22 September said he was going to contact the Supervisor/District Supervisor, and someone would contact me. Nothing has happened. It is October 3 and I have heard from no one. Can someone take this garbage off my roof and give me a refund, please. Should have went with *****.

      I reviewed your account; the following are my findings. 9/22,tech visit identified and communicated that the water entry point is behind your AC.  The point of entry is a measurable gap in the roof sealant, allowing the water to enter. Our Service Support Manager has sent you pictures of our solar placement, the gap in the sealant and gap in relation to our installation of wiring or panels.  I apologize if there has been any confusion.  Our goal is customer satisfaction, but we are not responsible for your roof leak.       The experience I had with Elevation on my solar installation was extremely unpleasant and very disappointing. The quality of the installation was subpar. There was damages to my new roof that I just replaced in preparation for solar. Shingles was tore up, patches of holes everywhere and spray paint was used to cover damages. When it came to repairs they took forever with no sense of urgency. It just demonstrates that the repairs were not their priority as it was a cost for the company at that point. It was a time consuming process to have the roof repaired. My brand new roof does not look the same even after the repairs. I highly discouraged anyone from using Elevation Solar. Their customer service rep ******* was the only individual that informed and tried to help throughout this process and relayed this terrible experience with management. Again, I highly recommend avoiding Elevation Solar.

      I had a flawless experience with Elevation. Right from start to finish , they have been thoroughly professional and maintained best time line that is in their control.I did not have post deployment issue for far in last 6 months.Hopefully, I Will continue to receive outstanding level of service for the rest of the years

      They did the solar panel installation on our house in June of this year and as of today the system is not connected to SDG&E and I continue to make payment every month for the energy bill. They scheduled the city inspection on June 30th and said all they have to do was to upload few pictures of the installation to the city website and I should have the system activated in few days.I called them numerous times and they continue to tell me that they are waiting for the city approval. They even had the arrogance to get the approval from the city myself. I went to the city office today only to find out that they have not uploaded any pictures as of today and that city cannot give any approval until they upload pictures and inform the. What an irresponsible company? I suggest all to stay away from this company. They don't seem to care about the customer once they get the money.

      Put 17 panels on my roof. Did a great job despite my requirements. Would give 5 stars but they are ghosting me on doing an additional 30 panels. My Job required a upgrade to a 400 amp service, placed on a building far from my main home and other unusual items. Nice people. If you think they can snap their fingers and the solar fairy will appear go with *****. Thank You Elevation for the great job.*****************************

      I have been with Elevation Solar since October 2018 and I would not recommend this company for your solar needs. Any time I have had an issue with the solar, which originally began right away, it has been a struggle to get the issues resolved and I dread contacting them.We have had our solar go down completely twice in the 5 years with them; the most recent time SRP contacted us to let us know. When I asked why they did not contact us they said they do not offer that service and never have - yet I still have emails showing updates to my system from them.We had the Curb installed and the first year was a battle to find someone with the company that knew how to work it. Now, when we have repairs done, they always forget to reset it so until they do that we are living on faith our solar is working.In addition to this, we never had enough panels installed to go negative and were told we never would. Over the years I have met many others that went through other solar companies that see negative in the *******.And my final and latest issue is currently I feel I am being punished for installing a needed new ** unit. The ** company did not know how to re-install the demand regulator. It has now been over two months without this. The first delay was the price quoted but now it is simply lack of communication.After calling to request it be set up I was sent an email with a quote of $150 since we let someone else remove it. I replied same day asking for a discount due to the other struggle (at the time our panels had already been down for a week). In July, after calling to say I had not heard anything for a month, I received a reply I could get 10% off. Finally two weeks ago I wrote and said I don't agree that is all that my discount should be but let's schedule. That was July 26. It is now Aug 7. No email. No phone call.I regret often for choosing this company.
