I bought solar in ************************************************************************** the past few months it has turned off periodically and although I have sent quite a few texts I never hear back. One of their techs ********* me how to turn it back on or I would be much angrier than I am. Calling their support number is a joke. They don't answer the phone. It makes me wonder if they are still in business.Elevation

BAD Service, install and after sales/ service! APPALLED!!Install didn't start until queried when it was going to happen, 2 months to set up, deviated from plan, sysytem rejected by county, coorected and then didn't work!Projected start was Jan 2023 for running, eventually completed March, still waiting for check to cover 2 months Solar installement, 4 months later!!Complained to CEO, yes you can finf him on linkedin, blast him!! The 2 people I dealt have left the company!Don't waste your time, effort and money with this company.If I could give ZERO rating I would, I did most of the leg work, chasing, no re-imbursement for me doing their work!!Elevation

They are terrible! They installed our solar panels 4 months ago and have not connected them yet. We have called and called for the service we are still paying for and have received no response. The telephone operators promise they will call but they never do.Elevation

Horrible experience. Solar panels have been installed for over a month and still not in use. One person says they need to fix ****** before inspection. Other person says the need to do inspection before repairs. I cant get ahold of a manager or person I have been in contact with during install. No updates or idea when my solar panels will be active and in use. No call backs, no returned texts. Looks like they took my money and ran.Elevation

We worked with Elevation for our solar solution in 2019. We purchased 34 panels using the SolarEdge string solution, which Elevation strongly recommended and assured us they would support, maintain and expand for at least ten years.Unfortunately, I have been working with them over the past last month, and they will NOT expand my current system and the only offer they have is to add an additional microinverter system, and not for a reasonable price.I have discovered that those who work with this company will tell you whatever they need to make the sale and in the future (very short future, that is, we haven't even had ours four years) leave you hanging even though they assure you they will not.I recommend finding another local company that will stand behind what they say and work with you as your system ages.Elevation

If I could give zero stars I would. First, it took them over 2 months to TURN ON the system. So we were paying DOUBLE bills (solar and aps) for those first two months. Emailed 3 times about reimbursement, never heard back. FINALLY it gets turned on, ***** lasts A MONTH! and it completely turns off. I wans't aware it was off. I can take some blame for that because I wasn't checking the system ( AGAIN, so weird to put this on the customer. With my old company, they monitored our system and would call me to let me know something was down and then would come quickly to fix it). So I call, do the whole troubleshooting myself, and system still doesn't turn on. I called today to schedule now a technician because now they have to come and fix it, and guess what? I HAVE TO PAY! WTF?? This system has only been on for a MONTH! Brand new and I have to pay for something that is your fault?? For your piece of S*** system?? AGAIN, the other solor company we had with our old house would NEVER charge for a tech to come out and reboot and fix the system. NEVER! Worst experience of my LIFE! I wish this was something I could just return. DO NOT EVER BUY SOLOR FROM THEM EVER!!!Elevation

RECAP: Bad experience. If I could choose again, I would not use Elevation.08/17/22 - Solar project designs signed-off. Paid deposit.10/05/22 - No updates for over 1-month. Permits approved. Project moved to installation phase.11/08/22 - No updates received for 1-month. Made aware that Concierge #1 no longer w/company. Assigned a new Concierge #2. Installation scheduled. 11/11/22 - Panels installed. Crew leaves without notice despite being home. Called Elevation to find out status. Told job was done despite system not being fully set-up w/home WiFi. 11/14/22 - Paid 2nd payment. 12/01/22 - Elevation scheduled to meet w/City for inspection. Elevation is a no-show. 12/06/22 - Elevation rescheduled w/City. Discover that installation was not done according to approved design. Need plan revisions. Assured that "it's not as long as an actual permit, just like a week then we can re schedule your inspection." 12/15/22 - Assigned Concierge #3. Assured that she will "keep the ball rolling."12/21/22 - Concierge #3 reached out. Claims City approval pending.12/29/22 - Concierge #3 reached out. Claims City approval still pending. 01/06/23 - I call the City ************* myself. Told that Elevation 12/09/22 submitted design revisions, but City responded the same day saying plan was incomplete. No response from Elevation. Messaged Concierge #3 about findings - no response. Felt misled and loss of time.01/12/23 - Messaged Concierge #3 - still no response. 01/16/23 - Concierge #3 responds, "...first day back in the office as I was traveling internationally..." No away messages. Nobody covering email/phone.01/23/23 - Called City again myself. Received confirmation that revised plans now approved. Messaged Concierge #3 the news. 01/31/23 - Elevation a no-show again w/City inspector. I myself help City inspector w/roof inspection in order to avoid any further delays.02/09/23 - Permission to operate by SCE granted.02/15/23 - Elevation returns to set-up WiFi.Elevation

I had Elevate add insulation in the attic of my 19 year old house. They did a leak test on the duct system, sealed openings in the ductwork and around pipes going into the walls, and increased the insulation level from 6" to 14". The 3-man crew was very professional, friendly, and courteous.They showed me before and after pictures of the attic when they finished and did a very good job cleaning up. Excellent job for an excellent price.Elevation

They are not delivering a system as promised in our contract. I was told i was getting a system capable of producing peak 7.2 kwh and it is only producing peak 3.5 kwh. I understand that it may produce less at times but it has never produced more than 3.5. Been on the phone with them over 40 times and have had little to no response. They promised to send someone out to check it but no one has showed. And they later cancelled my inquiry. They wont give me the time of day.Elevation

She had reached out to me but my questions or concered were never truly addressed. During the purchasing of my system i was promised a system capable of producing 7.2 kw at its peak. So far even in the summer the peak production was 3.5. In march they told me essentially they forgot to install a load manager. They also said they would come out and paint the conduit. At first i didnt care about the conduit but with all the money that I am paying for half of what was promised, I want that to be done being that was promised on several occasions also. After the load manager was installed it was 90 degrees in my house and my ac units were shut off... i had to figure out that. I am constantly gone for work. I thought i would be saving money but i am not... maybe breaking even, maybe.. I dont trust that you will resolve my concerns. There was also a few reimbursements that were promised as well and i got one. I have been trying to work with your company for months... not getting answers getting one call compared to the 10 to 15 times I call. I am exauhsted. I guess you win.
