    I placed an order for 2 flying orbs on January 7th 2025, and also paid an additional fee for expedited shipping. The total cost was $61.78. After the online purchase, I received an email that the order had beenshipped. However, nothing has been received and the **** does not show anything in its system, and still says **** awaiting item. I emailed the company multiple messages, no response. No update regarding tracking information or anything. I do think anything was ever actually shipped. This is

    I ordered an item from The Original Sunset Lamp (registered under the same info as The Original Flying Orb). I ordered on Cyber Monday and reached out several times when I realized the shipping was not fast and the item would not arrive on time for gifting. I did not hear anything back, and the item arrived late on Christmas Eve (I had already left town). They have a very clear return policy, so I reached out to get a return label. I reached out again. And again. I have reached out via email, web form, and phone about 10 times and received zero response. I just want to return the item and get a refund, I never buy anything that does not have a clear return policy, which this company does, they just do not respond to ANY correspondence. It feels VERY scammy.

    I purchased 1 x The Original Fly Orb (intended as a Christmas present) on December 18, 2024 with the expected delivery date by December 24, 2024.I paid a total of $35.94 which included $6.95 in shipping cost.I received purchase confirmation from the seller on Dec. 18, and I also received shipping confirmation from the seller on Dec. ***** of this writing (Jan. 10, 2025), I still have not received the item. I have reached out to the business via their e-mail ************************************* as well as in reply to the purchase e-mail. After two attempts, I have not received any response to my inquiries.Furthermore, as of today (Jan. 10) the **** tracking number ****************************** states the status has been in "pre-shipment, awaiting item" since Dec. 20, 2024. So, they never shipped the item.If there was some issue or backlog, a responsible business would have sent correspondence or some message indicating a delay. But there is something off about them collecting payment, creating a shipping label, never shipping the item for 3 weeks and counting, not sending any correspondence whatsoever, and ignoring my inquiries.I feel this is something that should be investigated to understand what the issue is: if it is an honest mistake or malice, and if it is happening to other customers besides myself.

    Date of Transaction: December 18th, 2024 Paid: ****** Order #***** *********** was to send 4 items "The Original Fly Orb Hover Ball" at 60% off + Free 2 day shipping.I have never received the items, they did take my money the day I ordered them. I have sent 3 emails on their portal under "contact" as well as a 4th email to *********************************** today 1/9/2025 requesting a full refund with screen shots that it shows my order was still preparing for shipping with the date of Dec 18, 2024. I no longer want these items as they were supposed to be Christmas presents. The failure to communicate anything is unacceptable. The add was online on their website.

    I ordered 3 sets of 2 (1 red, 1 blue) total of 6 of the fly orb hover ball on 12/9/24 for $158.97.Order# ***** I received a box with 5 individual *****, 3 blue, 2 red on 12/23/24. The order was missing 1 red all.The email stated that if there was a problem to reply to the email.I did just that and did not get a response.I then went through the website where it said contact us.I did just that and did not get a response.

    I ordered a fly orb as a Christmas gift for my nephew and discovered that he already had one. I immediately emailed to try to cancel the order and did not get a response back. This occured on December 9, the date the original order was placed. I sent two emails with no response. On December 18 I received my order. I emailed again on December 23 to get a return authorization because their return policy says that you have to contact them to get authorization prior to returning the item and that you only have 30 days to return items. I still did not hear anything back. I emailed again on January 4 to again try to get a return authorization and refund for the item. I still haven't heard anything back and am three days away from the end of the return window. I would like my order #***** for $28.99 and any return shipping charges to be refunded to my original payment method.

    When I was shopping for Christmas on December 19th, I noticed that the original fly orb website promised their tem would arrive for before Christmas. This was the first lie from the company. The item arrived after Christmas, and I was willing to overlook this (despite the fact that I never ever would've purchased this item, had they not made the false claim about shipping times).The item I received had a bent and broken charging port, and was never going to work again outside of the first fifteen minutes.Although I reached out to the company immediately, and have since reached out two more times, there is no response, and no indication a response will ever exist. The company's website misleadingly includes social media icons, but no social media actually exists (most likely to avoid angry comments and reviews). There is no means by which a consumer can warn other consumers about the **** this company is pulling.The company claims to be an ***************** giving consumers an additional false reference that the company is accessible, and concerned with quality. This company is certainly neither.

    I ordered items as Christmas presents for nephews and the website guaranteed delivery of 2-3 days. They didn't arrive until after Christmas so I was forced to purchase another gift and no longer need these or want them. I emailed the company twice as instructed on their website, but have not heard back. There is no number to call. I just looked at several reviews of the company and found this is a common experience. I'm very frustrated.

    They took my money and have yet to send me anything. Im calling the police for theft. I also emailed them to cancel my order and they have yet to respond.
