    Ordered two of "The Original Flying Orb". Only one operated out of the box. Contacted their customer service email with video and picture within an hour of product delivery on 12/11/23. Asked for information to process return pr replacement- ordered in time for Christmas gift delivery. Received no reply.Sent again on 12/13, and 12/17. Also used Website customer service site, still no response. Emailed again 2/17/24, providing all original emails and pics. Zero response, refund or correspondence of any kind.

    I had attempted to return 2 products to the Flying Orb in a timely manner and they were not responding in a timely matter and are now telling me they do not accept returns because I was not happy with the product. I had only spent $45.48 but need to file this complaint to protect others from purchasing. I attached my emails to the company and my order number. Thanks for your help. ***********************

    I placed an order for two items from The Original Fly Orb on their website and my daughter received the shipment for them. I discovered that my grandsons had already received these items as a gift from another family member so they were no longer needed. I followed the instructions listed on the companys website to request information on how to return the items for a refund 3 different times since discovering the items were not needed and have had no reply. It appears this seems to be the way they operate after reading the many complaints lodged against them this past year and would appreciate any facilitating that BBB might offer to help me return these items and retain a refund.

    Ordered an "Orignal Flying Orb" directly from the company's website. Never received any sort of confirmation or tracking, however the oriduct did arrive about a week later. Unfortunately, the product was defective out of the box and was unable to be used. I reached out via their website for am exchange and never received a response. They claim it isn't hard to speak to a real person, but my experience is vastly different. I have sent 15+ emails and reached out through multiple channels but have only been blocked and ignored.

    I ordered two original flying orbs for Christmas presents. I paid $49.99. They were delivered on 11/27/23. One worked, one didn't. I have emailed the company (which does not provide a phone number) on 12/27/23 and 12/29/23 and messaged them on ******** Messenger on 1/2/24. I have had no response.

    I ordered 3 two packs...and only received three ***** total. I have contacted the company every single day to send the additional Fly Orbs. I even sent written communication. They are a FRADULENT company. I have had NO response at all.

    The Original Fly Orb, *** is an e-commerce company which I assume buys toys from an international supplier and sells them online. As is well documented by reviews and online complaints, the toy is extremely defective and breaks easily. Ours stopped working after minutes of very light use on Christmas Day. I have emailed the company multiple times to pursue a refund or exchange with no response. They do not have a phone number, only an email: ************************************ The two members of the *** are ************************* **** and ************************* located in ******* and ******************** respectively. While I am not an attorney, it seems like this business is deceptive and knowingly selling faulty products with no intention of establishing and honoring any sort of warranty for their product. I would be generally satisfied with a refund of my money, however for the benefit of the other consumers who have been taken advantage of by this company, I really hope that they can be investigated by the BBB and either forced to make their consumers whole or at least penalized to the point that they can no longer continue in business.     4 attempts have been made to contact the vendor after the sale (Order #*****) and within the stated 30 day return period on their website: ************************************************************ The vendor does not respond to emails and does not list a phone for contact.Numerous negative reviews and complaints by other consumers (posted publicly online) suggest this is common practise for the vendor.

    Product received late. Contacted company to return product through email, ******** multiple times , while well within return window. No response at all.

    I purchased the original fly orb online at the company's website ************************************* the order number is ***** I received it on 12/14/23 yet it is very difficult to charge the orb and turn on and off the power button. i can barely do it and my 8 year old grandson cannot. it was a gift for him and i want to return it so i can get him something else.there is no phone number to contact the company, so i have emailed them several times and they are not responding. i feel like i was scammed
