    Would give negative stars if possible! I ordered on December 15th and I never received the item. You know it is a shady company when the only method of contacting customer service is via email. I have sent several emails and have never received a response. I realize now I just need to count this as a loss. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. These people are legal theives.

    This is the worst scam ever. Seems like a fraud business. Total cheap pieces of garbage that broke upon first use. No response to 3 emails and no phone number for customer service. How has this place not been shut down already?

    Another dissatisfied customer. Marketing implies you receive two Orb's for price when you only actually are shipped one. I also paid for 1-2 day shipping and the product arrived a week later. After several attempts to contact company I filed a dispute with credit card company. Stay away from The Orb...

    I only put one star because it is required. Otherwise I would have given zero stars. This company is a ****. They are stealing your money for a cheap toy that was sent to me with broken parts. I have contacted the company FIVE TIMES to request a return and refund and they have not contacted me back. I tried reporting on BBB but they are not an accredited company. SCAM ALERT. DO NOT ORDER. What a shame.

    Awful cheap China c*** product. No answer to email requesting refund. Says 30% restocking fee plus shipping charges. No follow up. Lost my money. A waste

    Paid for express shipping, was sent regular ground and didn't arrive in time. Requested a refund for the shipping portion via email and website form multiple times and no response from customer service. You're taking a ****** when ordering from this company because if something goes wrong, you have no recourse.

    DOESN'T DESERVE 1 STAR EVEN! OPEN THE *** AND TURNED IT ON AND IT WOULDN'T TURN OFF. THIS IS VERY DANGEROUS AND I BELIEVE A FIRE HAZARD! WON'T REFUND MY MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I ordered two original flying orbs for Christmas presents. They were delivered on 11/27/23. One worked, one didn't. I have emailed the company (which does not provide a phone number) on 12/27 and 12/29 and messaged them on ******** on 1/2. I have had no response. It's really frustrating, therefore I am giving them a 1-star review.

    I ordered three original flying orbs. I received them around 12/22/23. There was no receipt or packing slip in the box. I opened one box to check out the product before I was going to give out for Christmas gifts. The orb didn't want to turn on. When it finally did, it didn't stay on. I tried to charge the orb but couldn't access the recharge plug in on the orb. This item is poorly manufactured. I have been trying to contact the company through e-mail. They do not respond. There is no phone number published to call them. I would like to return these malfunctioning orbs. I am not sure what my next step is.This company and product doesn't even deserve one star.
