    HONEST REVIEW. I prefer only to write positive reviews but when customer service is so bad, I feel like I have to warn others. We chose this company because of the previous positive reviews and that the pricing was reasonable. They provided a quote, took my CC and left. I couldnt find the copy of the quote anywhere so tried calling and messaging them multiple times over 6 weeks asking if they had processed the order, if we had an order, if they could just call back and confirm we had an order with them and never heard a word back. Then one day I received a voice message they were going to install our screens the next day - wtf? When the installer (owners son) showed up he reeked of marijuana and didnt know it was a anti-golf ball install so had to go to *********** I spoke with the owner on the phone and he said he always checks his messages - how can that be that every single one of my voice messages and emails was missed? I was busy with other contractors when he installed them and didnt check them before he left (my mistake). They look terrible, I could have done a better job. The screens arent secure and they are crooked or warped. They need to be properly re-installed but that will leave s**** holes in the window frames of our brand new house and that irritates me even more. I have reached out to the owner, who I realize has some health issues and Im sorry about that but if hes expecting his sons to take over the business then its in trouble and I cannot recommend. I will update this if we get resolution but buyer beware.
