    Terrible customer service!! I placed an order, the charge posted on my credit card, they cancelled my order and did not refund me!! I emailed and called over 10x within the span of a week and keep getting the run around or they hang up my phone call! ***** this company at all costs!!

    I called and emailed vivid racing support to check if the headlights I inquired about was in stock. The employee lied and said they were in stock, so I went ahead and placed an online order with affirm an hour later. Today, I get an email saying that the order has been updated with a comment from support telling me that the product is in back order with no completion date and another email asking if I want to cancel. I replied to the email telling the person I wanted to cancel my order to which I later received a confirmation email from my affirm loan plan saying that vividracing has processed the loan EVEN THOUGH my order hasn't been shipped and the fact that it was OUT OF STOCK. I even emailed Boss@ ************************** to which i didn't receive any response yet.

    Bought a set of Wheels and paid for them.. after a few days got a call and said they made a mistake on the posted price and they can no longer ship. Terrible ***************** Did not even try to make this right.

    Realized I ordered the wrong part and within 10 minutes contacted customer service for a refund and absolutely nothing is being done. Wish I would have read the ratings on this company. They are horrible

    Braille Battery is a very expensive battery and did not last a year. Contacted company reference the warranty. I will not spend money here again.

    Was in search of new tires for my vehicle when I ****** the tires that I was looking for this company came up and I emailed this person ***** K and this is his response:Thank you for reaching out to Vivid Racing.Hello,If you can confirm the model/part number of the item you're looking for I can get a quote finished up for you.I would just need the following information to get you an out the door price.I can also check to see what coupon I can **********,***** K Performance Specialist So I ordered 4 tires, I get a email saying that they are being shipped. Now they ship them ***** saying that I needed to be there to sign for the tires and I'm not going to be there to sign for the tires because I have a full-time job unless they're delivered on Saturday or Sunday I requested that I be able to pick them up from the ***** local facility which they said I could not do. ***** told me to reach out to interco tires and/or vivid racing to get the strict signature no leave at facility policy lifted when interco told me I could have just bought the tires from them for $200 less.Reached back out to vivid racing and now they are just ghosting me. The customer service has been extremely rude. They are price gouging and I paid for these tires and I paid for the shipping so why should I not be able to determine how they get delivered or where they get delivered or if they could be held at the ***** facility.I have made multiple attempts to contact them to no Avail. I strongly suggest that you do not use this company due to it's scamming price Gouging and total disregard for customer service.I will suggest that if you need something from a company that you already trust go directly to that company even if they don't have a way to order online, call them Interco Tires they will be fair, faster, and polite.

    Ordered a set of coilovers rsr coilovers for a 2020 is350 and spent 5500 with them the coilovers and titan7 rims. They sent me the rims which I was completely happy with but they sent me the coilovers for a ******************************************************************************************************************************************************** The correct ones back

    ***, Princess, and **** are USELESS A*******! They lie to their customers and play phone games about A REFUND ABOUT AN AIR INTAKE THAT WAS CAUSING PROBLEMS TO MY VEHICLE!! I INITIATED A REFUND AND ITS BEEN OVER 3 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK! THEY HANG UP AND ARE BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNAWAR OF THEIR OWN POLICY!!!THEY MAKE THE CUSTOMER PAY FOR SHIPPING FEES THATS SUPPOSEDLY IS SAID ON THEIR ONLINE POLICY WHICH IS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND IN THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF A POLICY. *** TOLD ME THAT HE IS AS FAR AS I WOULD GET TO GETTING ANY REASSURANCE ABOUT MY MONEY AND CONTINUED TO LAUGH AT MY FRUSTRATIONS ON THE PHONE.PRINCESS HUNG UP ON ME UNAWARE OF THE POLICY AND KEPT HAVING ANOTHER MAN IN THE BACK GROUND AS I WAS TRYING TO GET ANSWERS!     I ordered 3 items items during the labor day sale on their website, knowing that the items I ordered are on sale so i purchased 2 NM enginnering air filter, 1 sway bar and a sway bar billet clamp. However the next day i found out that they cannot accept my order on the air filter because they made a mistake and will not honor the advertise price that they have on their website. They also cancel my swaybar for the reason of the items are unavailable which is totally BS because my friend order the same swaybar during the laborday sale and they send him a shipping date and a tracking number. This is NOT a reputable shop. A reputabke shop will accept their mistake and honor the advertise price that they posted and send the items to the customer, but instead they cancel all my orders. Please never purchase from this company!
