    Made a purchase that was supposed to be in stock. 3 months later I still did not receive item and was lied to about shipping updates several times!I would email them about it and was only ignored. I requested them to cancel my order several times and was again ignored. Now they are telling me that the warehouse must approve my refund. Almost 4 months now and still do not have refund!Do not buy anything from this place! They will lie to you and ignore you! Customer service is the worst I have ever seen or even heard of!I will never attempt to buy anything from them again!

    Purchased an item. Wrong item was sent. Took 9 weeks to get approval for the return. Return was sent back at my expense. Still no refund. Literally 15 phone calls and 23 emails. Still have not been refunded my $330.00. This place is a joke. If I were in town I would file a small claims suit.

    I ordered a custom steering wheel in February and I was told I would have my order in ten weeks and it took six months to get my order. I also ordered the shifting paddles to be installed. When I got the wheel, there were no paddles and no way to install the paddles from the old wheel. I called and emailed my customer service agent with no response for two weeks. I would give zero stars if I could.

    Ordered a transmission. Emailed me for a core charge so I paid core charge which made sense. Now Ive spent **** dollars. A couple weeks later transmission arrives. Its the wrong transmission. I call and email and I get nothing. Finally they answer my call and let me know they will get back to me. I have asked them for a return label or any way to get the wrong transmission back and they have given me nothing. Ive also asked multiple times for a tracking number for my correct transmission and the tracking number they gave me doesnt exist. It has been a month since I got the bad transmission and out of Al my emails and calls they only have answered once and responded to my emails twice. Fed up and going to report fraud. THIS COMPANY IS THE LARGEST SCAM. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND DONT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

    I would give no stars if I could. Ordered a part never received it. Email and calling for days, getting hung up on continually. Then found out they were refusing to send my part until they received more money because they weren't making enough profit. Don't believe prices on their website, they will try to scam you out of more money and or waste your time. They don't care about the customer or ethical business transactions.
