    Purchased a mini nrg seat. Said it was in stock. Still says its in stock today. Ordered this seat a year ago. They kept pushing out the ship date. Saying its custom order. I have the emails attached.

    I purchased VTT Billet Transfer Case Bushing Inserts Version B *** | Rolls-***** ********* from Vivid Racing on June 3rd 2025 I believe after confirming with their team that it was compatible with my vehicle. Based on their confirmation, I scheduled an installation through a local shop, Rennen Imports, which I coordinated and paid for independently.When Rennen began the install, they discovered the part was not compatible, despite what Vivid Racing claimed. As a result, the install could not be completed, and I was still charged $181.13 in labor for the time spent attempting the installation.I reached out to Vivid Racing, explained the issue, and requested reimbursement of the labor costs, as the expense was a direct result of their inaccurate product information. However, they refused to take responsibility due to their terms and ************* filing this complaint to request a full reimbursement of the $181.13 as I should not be financially penalized due to their product misrepresentation and requesting that the correct part be remailed to me (Version A) at no additional cost. I have all relevant documentation including the part details, installation attempt, and proof of labor charges.

    I called to inquire about availability of a product listed on their website. They told me that the product is available but that they are now charging more for it because of tariffs. However, they have not updated the pricing on their website. They said that they are "in the process" of updating the pricing, but that if I were to place an order online they would call me to notify me of the increased price and then ask if I want to move forward. I explained that this would be like going to a grocery store to buy milk with a price tag of $5/gal, then get to the checkout counter and them telling me it was $7.     I ordered a product from their website. The product came damaged and missing pieces. When I reached out to them about getting some type of refund or partial refund they said they only refund $150 on a $1200 item. I asked to speak to manufacturer themselves, and the company refuses to give me any information so I can reach out to the manufacture even though I had to go out of pocket for this item to get missing parts and try to fix otherwise broken parts. They want me to return it, but it took almost 5 hours to put together, Im just looking for a better solution or to speak to manufacturer

    Ordered item no amp controller extreme .was listed as in stock a few ************ week i get notice of order, will notify when it ships . A month plus goes by no notice. Contact them again . They are sorry will ck on it . Again never heard from them again . So next time i call them . Sorry will ck on it sorry there warehouse closed Friday forb weekend will let me know Monday . Again no contact Monday .call Tuesday . They say waiting for warehouse to ship to them . I said you said you had in stock .     Buyers, Beware of this company. My husband ordered a side step motor from this company on a Sunday, I called them on Monday morning cancelling this product and they still sent it. It cost $145., I was explaining my situation for an entire week to returns and Manager and telling them to listen to the recorded calls that I in fact cancelled this order the following day. Only to find out that they are only crediting $119 back to my account plus I have to spend money shipping this part back. This is ridiculous!!!! They are not helpful and are not looking into the consumers best interest!

    Our team did attempt to cancel this order with our supplier, however the order has already shipped. Only the initial shipping cost ($16.54) will be deducted from the customer's refund. We didn't charge normal restocking fees.

    ordered a part from the company and recieved an email stating itd take 15 weeks to build the part so i proceed with a refund. so far no email back and it has almost been a week. there is no way to contact customer service from their website and they have an invalid email set up as a contact on their website. already disputed the charge with my bank so ill see where they go from there but this company is so unprofessional for doing stuff like this.

    I am a small reseller of auto parts and use Vivid Racing as a supplier for my customers, mostly through word-of-mouth and at track day events. On February 18, 2025 I ordered two sets of brake pads specific for a Porsche Cayman S with ceramic brakes that requires a very specific type of pad. The pad in question is made by Pagid, and the model is type RSC1. Brake pads come in various shapes to accommodate the caliper on the vehicle, and I ordered the appropriate shape - 4908 - for the application. The order invoice and the shipping notifications denote the proper quantity and part numbers as ordered.I reached out to Vivid and received a tracking update on March 10, 2025. The package arrived on March 12, 2025, but upon inspection the pads were of the wrong shape/size (4906 instead of 4908) and there was only one set of pads. The invoice and prior tracking information clearly denotes that I did order two sets. I immediately contacted support to let them know of the ******** March 18, **************************************************** resolution. I began reaching out through several channels - email, customer service, social media, etc. - in an attempt to get someone to respond. I was finally able to get a response and customer service asked that I send photos of the product I received. I sent photos of the product I received as well as ones demonstrating what the proper product should look like.On March 19, 2025 customer service responded with a link to their return form. I immediately filled out the form and customer service responded with their final email that they "reached out to the manufacturer and once we have an update we will let you know". It has now been 10 days since any update and have received no response to emails.This process has taken far too long and I have lost a customer as a result of this delay. I simply wish to return the wrong parts at this point and get a refund for the original order amount.

    On 3/4/25 I bought an Active Autowerkes exhaust system for my car for $2,340. The system arrived damaged, with incorrect hardware, and no instructions. I had to buy hardware, a pipe expanding tool to straighten pipes, and I inquired daily for a resolution. On 3/13/25 they finally emailed me back with a pdf of the missing instructions. No other help or remedies were provided. I still have a fitment issue and will be taking it to a custom exhaust shop to have a new pipe made. I believe they owe me a 50% refund as that is how much of the kit worked and arrived in new condition.

    We acknowledge the issues you experienced with missing hardware. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered a partial credit to address the missing hardware issue. We understand that this offer was not accepted.

    We also understand the frustration caused by the delayed instructions and the subsequent fitment issues. However, due to the documented modifications made to the exhaust system, we are unable to provide a full or partial refund as requested.

    While we sympathize with your situation, we must adhere to our warranty policy regarding modified products. We regret that we cannot offer a resolution that meets your expectations in this instance.

    I do not accept this response. Could Vivid provide me with proof where I modified the exhaust? They offered to reimburse for $17 of bolts and spacers I had to purchase in order to lower a brace for clearance. They did not offer to send me new clamps and the correct hardware. I paid $2300 for brand new exhaust and received anything but. ***, the owner of Vivid ********************************* didnt even have the respect to respond to my email. They only blocked me on social media to prevent my negative reviews. There are 1000s of negative reviews other places that he cant block. Maybe I should contact the attorney general next? All I requested was to make the deal right. Give me what I paid for. The value I received is not the value I paid for.
