      Tiger Mechanical technician is skillful and knowledgeable fixing my appliance and their customer representative who answered phone calls is good with scheduling my appointment.

      This was the second appliance repair company that I used on a washer issue. They are one of the few companies that is certified to work on ******************** The first company diagnosed the problem as needing a new water pump. Tiger Mechanical checked to see if the water pump had anything caught inside it. Sure enough, there was fuzz from a dog bed that must have ripped in the machine. Works fine now; no part needed. The technician was very experienced and pleasant. I will be using them for appliance repairs again. **************

      I found the office staff, as well as technician, were professional, kind, and efficient. After much experience recently, needing various technicians, that is unusual to find. I will definitely use them again!!!

      Tiger Mechanical and their Technician ***** were both excellent in service and knowledge in the repair of our Subzero refrigerator. From start to finish the whole team was a joy to deal with. I highly recommend Tiger Mechanical and ***** their technician.
