I ordered 2 tires then they said they couldn't ship to my address unless I sent them a copy of my driver's license and copy of my debit card I didn't fell comfortable doin this asked for a refund was told there would be a 30% cancelation charge they only refunded me 18.00 out of 225.40Business Response

Unfortunately you gave us a mismatched address and we needed to verify your information as it appeared fraudulent. We did ask you to cover all but the last 4 digits of your card so we could verify who you were. When you refused we did have to ship the product back and were charged restocking and shipping. You were made aware of all of this prior and still chose this route.

All product was shipped to the shipping facility and waited for you to verify your mismatched address. After you refused to provide proof of address product was shipped back to the manufacturer warehouse.

Ordered tires from extreme wheels for an atv. After waiting a week and no shipping updates I called. They told me that I needed to pay another 85 dollars because it was an old item number on their site. So I asked for a refund. As of now its been a month since I ordered and 3 weeks since asking for a return. Keep being told to just wait another week for the refund. Worst company ever to deal with. I submitted an order for a wheel that showed on Extreme Wheels website as in stock April 16th. 2025. After more than a week, I followed up and was told that the order was not processed due to an address mismatch. I was asked to provide my credit card information along with a copy of my DL to validate the order. I refused and asked for the product to be shipped to my residence instead of the tire shop. I updated the information to my residence and waited for my product or tracking information. I followed up the following week was told the order was in process and I would get a tracking number. When no tracking came, I followed up the following week (May 1st) I was told that there was no update and I needed to be patient. I then got an email stating that if I cancel the order there would be a 20% fee on the refund. I called back asking for a status and was told there was no update the following week. On 5-7-25 I called again and was told there was no update. When I questioned the process and issue. I was told that there was nothing I could do and there was no manager or anyone to escalate to. I left a vmail after being hung up on by the sales person on the phone and got no response. On 5-13-25 I called again and asked for status and was told that there was no update that the process could take 30 to 60 days. I then asked for a full refund and was told I would get an email from the service department. No email was received. Today 5/15, I called again and got no response, no answer after holding for over 5 mins. I believe that this company is fraudulent and has stolen my money. They have refused to provide any tracking information on my purchase. I have gotten no updates as to the status of shipping other than being told that they are checking with their vendor. The sales people, if that is what they are, are rude and have hung up on me more than once.Business Response

My wife purchased rims and tires from extreme wheels before it was delivered we call and double check with them if it will fit the vehicle and they said yes. Never was we told about a return policy or shipping policy if they didnt fit if we would have known we would not have purchased it. The rims. Are to big for the car and the tires are like regular car tires we call to return them and the guy that answer was very unprofessional and hang up on us. We then call a few more times and each time they would pick up and hang up again. At this time I just want to return my stuff and I want my money back as they are not even trying to help or respond to anything.Business Response

I purchased rims and tires and would like to return it for a smaller size. The person that answered the phone was very unprofessional and is now charging me *************************************** pay to ship it when I originally ask him before he send the rims and tires if they would fit my car and he said yes. I also said I would like to purchase lugnuts and the lugnuts never came. The rims and tires does not fit my vehicle and I need a smaller size. I will be basically paying for the rims if I pay the restocking fee and pay to ship it back I tried to call back to speak to a manager and they just keep hanging up the phone with no helpBusiness Response

Unfortunately you are liable for any fitment you order without the help of our specialist. You are welcome to return the merchandise for different but you would have to cover shipping and restocking fees. These are fees we have to cover from our distributor.

thank you for your response. Can you please help me understand where this information is documented? It would be helpful if you could provide a link or a document that shows the details. Is it made known to the customer before the purchase that if a specialist does not help them then they will have to take a different route for returns? Is it noted on the sales receipt or via email communication that theres a restocking fee and shipping and handling has to be covered for returns as well?
If you could, please provide this information that would be very helpful thank you.

I placed an order on April 5th and was contacted by Extreme Wheels that it was going to be a special order and would take several weeks. The order was subsequently cancelled. I was charged on April 7th for the order. I have sent 5 emails with no response. I have called 3 times and have been told the order has been sent to their refund department. Feb ******* ordered and paid $371.25 for an American Off-Road Wheel A10BMIBlue20x12(+-44)5x5.5/5x139.7 Order# ******* I received my order confirmation and receipt. On March ****** I called them to ask about a tracking number I never received. Thats when customer service told me that the wheel is unavailable and they can try to get it from a different vendor, and they would email me to let me know if they found one. Noone called or emailed me, so I emailed and called on the 10th and 11th with no response. On March 18 I was able to speak to customer service, they said they are none available anywhere with no expected date of one becoming available. At this point I requested a full refund and was told I should see it back into my bank account by March 21. That day came and went I have called and emailed multiple times a week. They never respond to any of my emails, and I sit on hold for anywhere from an hour or longer every time I have called. The last person I spoke to his name was *****; he told me the accounting **** is overseas and he cannot issue the refund and has no idea when one would come. When asking for a supervisor I was send to a voicemail and other times put-on hold with no return to the phone. My last call was on April 15th, 2025, and I was on hold for 1hr 57min and still have no response from the company at all. I would just like my money back. If you need any receipts on this transaction I have them and also took notes of when I have called and emailed.Business Response

That is a complete lie. If Extreme Wheel is telling you that they provided a wheel have them send you the proof of the shipping and tracking number and where it shows it was delivered (because they can't). I sent over all the proof of purchase and all the details of the headache this has been all the while they took the money and never provided the wheel. I have kept ************** Adjuster updated as well through the process because all we need is the money back to be able to provide our customer with service that were proud of.Business Response

This is getting ridiculous and untrue!! That response shows 0 proof of delivery!! All I want is to get my refund so I can then make it right with my customer! #1 You cannot put a full-size truck wheel in a mailbox. #2 If you see by my notes of contact, that I have had with Extreme Wheels you will see that I purchased the wheel on 2/12/25 (order#*******) on 2/13/25 the $371.25 was taken out of my bank account and then on 3/18/25 that I was told there are none of the wheels available anywhere, and that is when they put in for me to receive a refund and was told I would receive it by 3/21/25. You can also see that I have been in contact many times with the company after that requesting an update as to where the refund is because I needed to look elsewhere to see if I could find another for my customer, my conversations were clear up to 4/15/25 with ***** at Extreme Wheel. #3 I would not be taking these measures and wasting time and energy on this matter if I had received my refund of the money that Extreme Wheel took off of me because my customer still has no wheel. I have and sent evidence and proof that Extreme Wheel took my money for a wheel, and they have not yet since shown to be a reliable company just a company that takes your money and doesn't give you what you bought and then give you a run around, put you on hold until your phone battery dies, and then lie! I will most definitely be letting everyone I work with in the auto industry not to support or buy a thing off of this company because they steal your money!!Initial Complaint

I order 2 tires that are showing available online. After payment I was contacted via email that the tires I ordered are in production and would take a while, I was then contacted by phone and told the production is on hold until they receive a large enough order to produce and asked if I wanted different tires in which I didnt because I order 2 tires to match my other 2 so I asked that they just cancel my order. I was then told there may be a 30% cancellation fee for canceling my order for tires that they do not have available and cant even tell me when they will be available.. I have since called customer service about a refund and they tell me that there may be a dispute from my bank and it will take 90 days however there has been no dispute filed thru my bank. They tell me it has been turned over to the refund **** however I can not talk to anyone in the refund department and that its not doing me any good to contact customer service because they cant do anything to help me. I asked to speak with a member of management and was told they arent available. I just spoke with the customer service **** this morning before messaging you and was told that the tires was awaiting a large enough order for production and would be 90 days for a revive, my order has not shipped I assure you. I have received no email for tracking nor anything stating my tires are even available.
i just called back and was told it was in the refund **** and I told them that they informed bbb that the tires have shipped and was then told that would make it take longer. I recorded this call but cant get it to load, Im going to try to email it to you
