    Purchase date was 4-8-2023 It was a order for wheels, tires, lug nuts,On 4-14-2023 I received tires and lug nuts but no wheels I called the company they said they were out of stock so I exchanged for another set of wheels on that same day. Well the next morning I contacted them back and canceled the wheel order and wanted a full refund today is 6-22-2023 and yet no wheels and the company claims that it was shipped I never received any wheels my wife is home all day every day and we live in a neighborhood watch community which no one has seen and wheel packages in driveway or home but the company claim it was and now their forcing me to pay $1472 for wheels I dont have and theirs nothing I can do about it its their word against mine and they wont email me proof on the tracking number or order number of the wheels the manager claims it was lost or stolen during shipping and he told me this thur email I cant afford a lawyer and theirs nothing I can do this business is a joke and is stealing my hard earn money away from me and my family I dont know what else to do they wont give me a refund its like they dont wanna eat that lost and is making me pay for their mistakes

    I ordered wheels on 4/5/23 that are displayed as in stock on the merchants website. I was contacted by the merchant telling me they didnt have the wheel I ordered but they had a similar set for $442 more. I told them I didnt want the more expensive wheels and would like to simply cancel my order since the wheels they advertised were not in stock. They keep telling me they cannot cancel my order and also cannot provide a ship date. I have asked numerous times for updates and to cancel. They either wont respond, tell me there is no update or they wont cancel my order.

    4-8-2023 Rough country 4 lift kit. Contacted me 4-8-2023 and told me the pricing was wrong but had them in stock ready to ship if I paid the difference. Did not hear back from them until 4-11-2023. Told me the *** did not match up when in fact the ***s matched completely down to the fine details. Didnt offer me anything except a loss of business and never once contacted me about a refund just did it.

    I purchased a rim for a tire that was to be a 20x9 35ET. They told me they would have to charge me extra cause the rim wasnt made anymore and they would need to drill it to fit my car. So I paid the extra. I getthe rim and it is the wrong rim. It is a 20x9 15ET. This is a huge difference. So I asked for a refund. They told me I could by 3 new ones to match or there was nothing else they could do. Now im stuck with a $700 rim that they refuse to reimburse me on cause it was their mistake of sending the wrong rim. ***** the service manager said nothing he could do.

    I ordered some wheels from Extreme Wheels, but they were financed through Affirm loan company. Extreme Wheels doesn't carry the wheel anymore ,and they won't request my refund to Affirm. And ****** wants me to pay for the loan and I never received a product.
