    this company charged me 30% restocking fee on a tire they never had or could get then had no explanation why they were dumbfounded wow!

    I ordered a set of wheels online. Extreme wheels sent me the wrong size and had me pay return shipping out of my pocket from CA to **. I placed a complaint with the finance company since they can't seem to follow up.Take your business somewhere else.

    I placed an order with this business the item was on back order for more than 6 months then I tried getting a different brand of tire they wanted me to buy a more expensive tire so I asked for a full refund it's been 3 months or more to no avail still no refund they just give me the run around.

    Ordered a set of Wrangler tires for my Jeep. Got an email from these people saying they're a special order, ( nothing on web site states anything about special order),No time frame for delivery. Offered wait or cancel. I cancelled and they took a 30% fee for cancelling. Total rip off, How are they still in business? Scum of the earth.

    I don't know what this business is doing but it is not selling tires. I found them on ****** search for tires. They offered incredible prices. I paid with a credit card. In several days they cancelled my order. I thought it was some mistake and ordered tires again. The same thing happened again. They canceled it.

    Ex-Employee of this company the owner sets up the website for a bait and switch program and when customers buy using Affirm or any other financing method, He will deny a refund and will force the customer to switch products.do not buy from here its a complete scam

    Stay away. This business straight up stole my money. I placed an order on May 4, 2023. The next day I got an email saying the wheels I ordered are currently on backorder. I requested a refund. After several months of no refund or wheels I found out the wheels I ordered from their website were no longer being manufactured and there was no possibility the order could ever be filled. In fact I went back to their website and found many of the wheels they are "selling" are no longer made. I contacted Extreme Wheels multiple times attempting to get my money back. The only response I get from them is that the wheels I ordered are "currently not in stock." It's been about a year since I originally placed the order and have long since come to terms that I fell for a fraudulent website. They stole over $1200 from me, and this appears to be a common practice for them based on other reviews. The wheels I ordered are still for sale on their website right now, and they are still trying to steal money from new people.

    Really wish I could leave a zero star review. This place is horrible, took my money in January it is now the end of April and I havent received a refund yet. Just like every other bad review they have on here theyre going to say they refunded my money but they lie. They wont write you back IF someone answers the phone when you call they cant answer any of your question. Its pathetic. As soon as you leave a bad review they come FAST asking you to delete it.

    SCAM! Absolute SCAM!I searched for a set of Tsw Kemora Matte Gunmetal 18x10 (+25) on Feb 3, 2024. On ******* I found Extreme Wheel's ad saying they had the wheels for $126.60 each. I purchased 6 of them.Next day, I get an email from them: -----Hi There,Thank you for the order. This is a special order item so as soon as they're available we will get them shipped out. If you do not want to wait for these to come in I do have some very similar options that I can offer at our cost to obtain the product. For the time being the order is placed and we are waiting on these to arrive. Let me know if there's anything else we can do.Thank you -----I called them right then and explained that the ****** ad said the items were in stock and that I'd receive delivery in 7~9 days. Then they told me that this is how the wheel industry works and that they do not stock all wheels in their warehouse.I asked for an ETA and was told it would take 30 to ********************************************************* that it was never ordered as the manufacturer no longer makes the wheels.Now they will not give me my refund.I called to complain and was told to shut up as he has better things to do.

    Ordered rims back in Nov 2023 and soon after found out they were in backorder. I got the run around saying they are a custom order and will take longer then normal. I waited till Jan *************************************************************************************************** Dec 2023. Affirm advised Extreme Wheel has been paid and will need to go thought them for a refund. I had called and can't get in touch with the Manager *******, I was told he was in charge of the refund department. Still no response from him. Called today 4/8/24 and was told all refunds are done by emails because those employees work from home and was told it started 2 weeks ago. This experience have been horrible and will never recommend this business to anyone. STAY AWAY. I shopped at Custom Offsets and got the same rims in 1 week. I will still try to get my money back for rims I never got and will update whenever I get my refund.Update 4/16/24 around 3pm went to the shop to see the manager ******* and ********************* told me he doesn't work there anymore he left a week ago and the new manager is a guy named **************** asked to speak with him and ***** advised hes gone for the day. ***** told me my order could take a year to get made because it was a custom order. I looked at him and said who waits a year for rims and he said lots of people. I requested a refund in person and wasn't getting anywhere so I contacted **************, I step outside and a younger male employee locked the door. Spoke with the police officer over the phone was given information to file a complaint ******* ************************ I hope this helps other people out there. This is the worst company I have ever seen just taking peoples money and creating fake reviews to make them look good.****************************************
