      Run from this company! I wish I would have seen these reviews before engaging with this company. I engaged with Web Dynamics a while back. We scheduled several kickoff calls and several were missed by them. Once we got on the initial call, they were unable to connect to all my social media. They did not get back to me, their follow-*** and communication is very bad. They do not respond to emails most of the time. We were never able to get my social media connection completed, nor did I approve anything. And to add insult to injury, they were billing me the entire time. I sent several cancellation notices and refund requests that were ignored. They started posting media posts after I canceled that were not approved and incorrect. They have continued to bill my credit card. Do not do business with this company. They do not care about their business, your business or you.

      Do not ever give this company your money. Horrible customer service they get access to **************** and never deliver any ads. Stay away it is a scam.

      i hired these guys on a free trial, they put someone else's ads on my account and I am holding the bill for thousands more than I approved and they will not answer their phones.

      Terrible service and products. Under deliver on promises and expectations. Unauthorized charges that they will NOT refund, only offer credit to more of there services. Massive disappointment.

      We are currently working with Web Dynamics for our ************ Campaign for about 3 months now. I must say, it was one of the best decisions we have made for our company. We've seen results in short period, and all the other problems we had with our socials were addressed in no time. They're always communicative and made you feel you're their only customer.I highly recommend their services.

      We've been working with Web Dynamics for about two years now, and since day one, we've never experienced a bad month or any rude customer service from their end. We signed up for a ******** ads campaigne, and did not regret it because it indeed delivered positive results, and the team's attention to detail was amazing.I highly recommend their expertise and professionalism.

      I cannot begin to express how happy I am with the work Web Dynamics did for our company. They sat with me and discussed all the ways they could help me optimize traffic to my site and gain exposure through social media. Their effort and dedication to deliver the results we needed were truly amazing. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

      They begged me for an account and promised me the world. What did they do? They started putting ads that were late and my events already had passed a month later I called and tell them to cancel my account. They begged me that they give them another chance and I did they offered me free this free that then several days later today they put the same ad up about a party event that I had back in November. Embarrassing me not once but three times people calling me asking me about the event back in November then they posted a happy Thanksgiving rate in middle of December really embarrassing me then after begging me to keep me an account they post the party again these people dont know what theyre doing. They dont care they only take your money and dont look what theyre posting would not ever do business with this company and would not recommend it because they do AI and dont pay attention to what theyre doing. They dont care about your company only your payment.
