We have been with Christian Brothers Plumbing and Heating for at least 10 years. We have had wonderful service with them.We just had to have our sewer line cleaned out.******* was able to do this the day we called. ******* was very knowledgeable, and personable. 1 starChristian Brothers tried to rip me off big. I need 1 pound of R-22 in my heat pump & AC unit and they wanted to charge me $1,600! A quick search on-line found *********************.com of ********** for $35 per pound. The tech said that is what they are told to charge.This was a pre-planned scam since the appointment scheduler was trained to ask how old the system was and know it needed R-22. A salesman came with the technician and said that R-22 was restricted, and the price went up a lot and time to spend $10,000 on a new system. I knew I have a slow leak and every 2-3 years I need one pound and prior years it cost me $150. Stay away from ******** Brothers!!! They are thieves. I will go back to ******** and Ice for $150. Excellent customer service was provided by ***. I appreciate his honesty, respectful of my home by wearing shoe covers, explained all the steps of what needed to be done, was on time for appointment, and fair pricing for jog done. I would like to sincerely thank Christian Brothers A/C for all of their help in my time of need especially ************, the ever so kind and so informative technician, ********* who initially scheduled my appointment and talked to me about the warranty matter at hand, and ****** and ***** who were also very kind and helpful to me throughout all of my phone calls...and there were many!I can't thank you enough Christian Brothers A/C for being there for me when I needed a dependable A/C company the most and then some.You will definitely be my go to company for all of my A/C needs but hopefully I won't have to call you for awhile, if you know what I mean!
