I have heard that promise for about a month with no action taken I think this agency are frauds and avoid complaints from unhappy customers,the lists are long and complaints are many,they should be investigated.Business Response

On August 28 2022 I moved to the this home. The previous owners failed to clean the home and left filthy bathroom floors and tiles in the shower. I found Boss Optima on the Internet and told them specifically what my issue was. I spoke to multiple people at Boss Optima, each time I told them the issue, they stated they could handle it. They required $334.00 prior to the service. The technician came on November 8 and did a horrible job. When I pointed things out to him, his response was nonsensical. If he knew in advance the tile would not come clean he should have been honest and stated it upfront. I was disappointed with him as well as the office staff who were very unprofessional. I asked them NOT to charge my credit card for the balance and they charged it anyway. I told them I was not interested in doing any business with they based on their unscrupulous behavior. The business is making absolutely no effort to repair or fix the damage they have done to my sofa. Im sure they want to take the stand that it just wasnt cleaned to my satisfaction. That is totally a false defense to buy more time so their fake warranty will expire. They have been provided pictures of the damage along with the dye stained brush and magic erasers they used. The tech stated he had only done a few leather sofas and was unaware he would be removing body oil even though it stated it on the invoice, thats the reason it was being cleaned in the first place. They keep putting me off on a resolution by saying they have to reach the next level of management, Ive left the owner of Boss Optima a voicemail and he wont return my call, they might be able to BS the BBB but I can recognize when ** being out waited trying to get the credit card charges through or a half backed 30 day warranty to expire. They could have already addressed this issue if it were a simple do over, its not! They destroyed my sofa and all they would have to do is send someone out to inspect it. But thats too easy and not going to happen.Business Response

I contracted with Boss Optima/Boss Services to clean my furniture (couches and chair). The cleaner caused significant damage to the furniture. In conversation with owner *************************, he requested and I agreed to allow one of his workers to come back to attempt to repair the damage to one piece of furniture. The worker that day advised that there was damage that could not be corrected. I had two other cleaning companies come out and was advised that the cleaning agent was not washed/removed following the cleaning and this caused damage that can not be corrected. I then obtained a estimate for the cost to reupholster the furniture. The total cost would be approximately $4,000.00. ***** told me that he would reimburse the amount paid to his company originally, but only if I signed a document waiving any right to *** him or his company. He refused to pay for reupholstering the furniture which is unacceptable.Business Response

The clients furniture is velvet and simply required the nap to be set in a warranty service. We sent the technician back to "set the nap" and the technician indicated the cushion looked fine. August 23rd. my wife and I checked the internet for a ************* to clean our Drapes. We have just moved into our home and we found that the Folks were Smokers. We have painted all walls and ceilings and changed Carpet. A Lady phoned us and my wife gave her our Credit Card and we were Charged on Aug. 23 for $379.00.About a few days later we were given a Date for the cleaning. They never showed up and then we were called and another date a few weeks later was scheduled. They cancelled this last Cleaning Date. I called and found out that Boss Optima is a Professional Cleaning *** and they don't do Drapery's. I asked for my money back and they refused and would try to get some people hired to clean our drapes. Every time that I called and asked for Our Money back, they gave me 5 different People to talk too. One was national ***** Rep. then the asst ***** Rep. and others. They told me that they don't do Drapes but that their Franchise Rep.in ******** took the business and they are having trouble getting ahold of Them. Not sure why a discussion is necessary. I paid for a service that they did not perform and they have not processed the refund. This was not a cancelation of service, the technician arrived and said he could not perform the service and drove off. He added that "they do this all of the time.". He was obviously a subcontractor hired locally to perform a service he could not provide.Business Response

The company still has not issued a refund. They attempted to reach me via text by just asking me to call. I said I wanted everything documented, not verbal, and they cut off the communication. There is no middle ground here. The sent a subcontractor who refused the work and drive off. I was told on original call since I was paying in advance to receive the discount, if the service was not performed would I receive a refund, I was assured I would. My daughter and I called Boss optima in July 2022 to have some outdoor cushions cleaned. we wanted two chase lounge chairs cleaned with the possibility of three other outdoor cushions in addition. We also at the time discussed having some sling chairs washed. But none of that was established except for the two Chaise lounge cushions. On July 18 we were charged $175. That was partial payment for the complete service of the six sling chairs and two chaise cushions and three other outdoor cushions. I restate that only the two chaise lounge cushions were confirmed. We were told that we could decide the day of. So the technician came out and we told him that we had decided to only have the two chaise lounge cushions cleaned. He said that he wanted to try to clean the sling back chairs. Three of the outdoor cushions were not even on the premises when he came. He cleaned the two chase lounge chairs and didnt get the mildew off, which was the entire goal. The one sling chair that he attempted to clean and prove that he could make it look good was still not to our liking. We told him that we had discovered we could buy those chairs for $25 apiece and it didnt make sense to have them cleaned. He insisted he had to try. We never agreed to having him clean those chairs, but he proceeded to clean them. On July 21 we got a second charge for $174. The total outlay we spent was $349. That is outrageous for cleaning two chase lounge cushions. we couldve bought new chase lounges for that amount.We have repeatedly called boss Optima to discuss this over charge. I at one point spoke to ************** and was told that he was the only one who could help me. He said he had to look into it and would call me back within one or two days. He never called me back. I called repeatedly and never was given an opportunity to speak with him again. First they told me he called in sick second they told me he had already left for the day. I have called 8 times. I called into Boss Optima on August 1st to book an upholstery cleaning for Tuesday 8/16/22 between ****pm. They called after my husband had already taken a vacation day to be home to tell me the truck broke down and that they wouldnt be coming. This was already passed the 12pm scheduled time. This was the first time they breached their contract. On Friday, 8/19/22 they called asking if they could come between ****pm to clean. After waiting again for hours someone showed up at 2:40 and said it would take 2.5 hours. When I agreed to the ****pm time I told them on the phone that I had to leave by 3:30 for a prior commitment. When he showed up at 2:40 I called had again had to reschedule. This would be the second time they breached their contract. The final straw came today Tuesday, 8/23/22. We made arrangements again for a ****pm time slot. I got a text at the beginning of the day saying they would be late and that someone would be here by 2pm. I spoke with ************** who assured me I would have someone here by then. Sure enough its now 2:50pm and no one is here. I want a full refund. Not a credit for another time as I will never use this company for anything ever again. Its completely unacceptable the way they are doing business.Business Response

On March 17, 2022 I purchased a carpet and upholstery cleaning service from Boss Optima. Initially I paid $489.00 for the work I wanted done. While the technician was here I asked him to clean additional carpet areas and paid $120.00 for the additional work. The couch was left with large areas of discoloration. Twice someone was sent out to try to repair the damage that was done. The attempts were unsuccessful.. Since then I have reached out many times through text messages and phone calls. My texts went largely unanswered. Phone calls often went directly to voicemail. These messages were also unanswered. When I was able to talk to a Boss Optima employee I was told that the service director, **** Gabby, was unavailable and that he would call back in the morning. He usually failed to do so. I have been asked to send photos of the couch 3 different times which I did. The last I heard from the company was that they were waiting to get someone to come out to personally see the damage.On July 17, 2022 I sent a certified letter to the president of Boss Optima, *******************, explaining the issue I was having and asking him to resolve the problem. I have not yet heard back from him.This company advertises a satisfaction warranty. I don't know how much of the $609.00 paid was for the couch cleaning and when I asked they refused to tell me. My couch is ruined. I now have to pay $2290.00 to have it reupholstered and am having to live with it until March 2023 when the work can be done.
