    If you have any issues with an order, GOOD LUCK. Mailbox is full and won't accept any messages and they haven't responded to 4 separate emails regarding missing parts. Wish they responded as fast as they took my money. ?? Just wish that I could leave them a ZERO rating.

    Received my order over 2 weeks ago with incorrect item in package. Have made 6 phone calls and left messages. Also, emailed with request to send correct item. NO response to date. Poor customer service.

    This company is a fraud. They take the credit card money and you cannot get hold of them again. 5 months no responce or products.

    What a scam. They take your money and never get the order it's been 2 months. No use calling cause they don't answer and doesn't answer emails. Don't use them. Use ******* cause I got my order in 2 days.

    I think this company is taking customer money but not sending products. I order the first of August and have not received products. I emailed and got one response but no order, I emailed and told them I was complaining to bbb but I guess they don't care. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I believe they are scammers.

    Ordered items on September 8 (now 2 months). Never received items. Called them, emailed them requested refund. Never a response. Took my money very fast though.

    I placed an order with this company on August 7th and I am still waiting for it. Today is October 26th. I have called and emailed the company several times to no avail. I have requested a refund for my order, nothing. Today, I left another voicemail warning them that I was going to place this review with the BBB. I am also going to forward it to the Attorney General. I told them I thought a "family" owned company would care more about its customers. I guess not. I am only giving them one star because I have to in order to leave my review.

    I ordered a pressure cooker seal on 8/14/2022. When I received the part it did not work for my cooker. I called and all you ever get is an answering machine, so I sent an email to the address they list on their webpage with all the details about the wrong part. The auto response said wait up to 3 weeks for reply (This will be close to the limit for their stated return policy of 30 days). It is now 10/12/2022, and I still have not received a response. I have used them in the past with success, but I will not use anymore. I also would not recommend them to anyone.

    Ordered pressure cooker seal on 9/6/2022. Have not received yet. Have called several times, get answering machine saying will call back, but they never do. Sent email got automated response. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

    This business takes your money and keeps it. I ordered in good faith, paid in good faith and expected my product. I received one e-mail stating they would have the product in soon, that they were out at that time.Order date was July 22, 2022.July 27, 2022 I got this reply, "Please note: we are experiencing some delays in email and telecommunication response times, shipping and order status updates.We will be in touch ASAP!"Today is October 3 and nothing but crickets this whole time.I wouldn't even give them One star but I'm being forced to.
