    I placed an order August 22nd and was told one item of the two I ordered was out of stock but would be back in stock approximately 1-2 weeks. They did ask at that time if I wanted to be put in reserve or get a refund. I figured since it was canning time I'd wait the 1-2 weeks. It's now Sept 29th and I've emailed them twice asking to cancel my order and give me a refund and I've gotten no response whatsoever. I even tried to call them twice today and getting message machine. Is this place even still operating? I'm planning to contact my bank and request a refund on my card and have them deal with getting the money back. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

    Ordered 9/7. Money taken from my acct same day. No product, no response to multiple phone calls and emails. Filing fraud with my bank. This business needs to be shut down

    Its been 5 weeks since I ordered valve for my pressure cooker. Mailbox on both phone lines are filled; Automated reply when I email them. Canning season is over.

    Placed order with them, they contact me about a back order. I tried for a week to contact them about my order. No response.Now I contact them via email again to cancel my order, but Im seeing other comments about the company not being an honest one.I dont recommend them at all, was trying to support small business but it backfired on me it seems.
