      Disturbing, inhumaine, organ harvesting. Tested like meat while the vultures lurk while your love one is fighting for life. Negligence in ER causing death.

      My husband is on all texts and has a dual complete insurance plan. There is no deductibles! However they demanded a $110 payment before seeing him in the emergency room. Both my insurance company and I have been trying for three and a half months to get the refund that they even admit they owe. Never Comes even though they have told me they have expedited a refund at least two different times.

      NOTE: The medical care I received was excellentthis review reflects Banners billing and administrative practices, not the doctors or clinical staff.After a routine, in-network office visit, I was wrongly billed by Banner due to their own coding error, which led my insurance to deny the bulk of the claim. Despite my insurer repeatedly confirming that I did not owe anything, Banner refused to correct the error, insisted on payment, and threatened collections. Over several months, I contacted them more than a dozen timesemails went unanswered, supervisors never called back, and no one followed ***** was only after I filed a complaint with the Arizona Department of Insurance and Financial Institutions that the issue was finally escalated and reprocessed correctly. Throughout this entire experience, I was met with rudeness, patronizing responses, and a total lack of accountability. And unsurprisingly, Banner hasnt come anywhere close to offering an apology.Judging from other reviews, Im far from alone in facing serious billing issues with Banner. Ill be avoiding their services in the future if at all possible, and I sincerely hope leadership takes a hard look at the harm this system is causing *************** Get your health care elsewhere. No level of clinical quality is worth enduring an administrative system this broken, dehumanizing, and hostile to the very people it exists to serve.

      I wish I could give them a zero. I was overcharged on the date of service. I contacted central billing to address their mistake. At first they denied having made an error, until I provided them with an EOB proving their malfeasance. It has now been four months during which I have made numerous calls. For the past two months they have acknowledged their culpability and promised to get the account reconciled within a few days of each phone conversation. Yet here I am still without my refund. In browsing other people's complaints, this type of unscrupulous behavior seems to occur far more often than acceptable, and it should be investigated.If there is ANY other choice for healthcare provider, take it.

      I wish I could give them a zero for the stress they have caused me ! They double billed me I paid and my insurance paid . They owe me my money back and Ive been trying to collect it back for over five weeks ! They have come up with excuses every time I call and its a very large amount . Do yourself a favor do not pay them a dime when in the hospital tell them to bill you and call your insurance when you can ! These people are not very intelligent in the billing **** we have had 4 long conversations. My lawyer may sue them plus for the stress they have caused me . Its the last thing you need when leaving the hospital! They also ***** **** the bill was extremely high for small procedures !

      If you get Dr. ******** just demand anyone else. He is incompetent, tells lies to try to make himself look smart feel big, who knows but he is not going to care what your issue is and you will be treated terribly. Definitely cheated his way through med school type.

      Inhumane experience. I was in excruciating pain and pain meds were delayed. I had to wait hours for water and ice. They forced an MRI on me when I was in horrid pain and having extreme anxiety. The surgeon consulted and said that I was not a surgical candidate for my huge wounds on my legs. However, I was admitted a month later at Honor Health ***********, where a wonderful surgeon consulted and said, "I can fix this". After 7 surgeries, 8 weeks later, I was discharged and my wounds are healed. I believe this had to do with the fact that my AHCCCS had lapsed and I was self-pay with no funds to pay. All they wanted to do was get me out as quickly as possible, and not incur the costs of surgery. Most everyone there, but a few, treated me as subhuman and had no compassion. The vet treats my dogs better than this. Shameful, and almost criminal. I warn anyone, DO NOT GO THERE!

      Banner hospital let two of my family members die unexpectedly. They called me on a Sunday to schedule a visit with my son. They hung up and then called back to say he had died. He had to die alone and I could not say good-bye. I live with that everyday.****** B

      This facility is a messtruly an awful experience. Today was the final issue for me. I had been playing phone tag to pay for an upcoming procedure, I connected the first time with ***** who was very rude and insisted I call back again, when I was already calling back. She refused to give me any information until I spoke to the 'other **** I ended up working that out and paid another *** the following day. I got a call from insurance on Friday letting me know I had received a false approval for the procedure. Today, I called Banner to request a refund. ***** lets me know 'they don't do those'. I asked for a manager and was told it's a call center, but they all work from home, so she cannot connect me to a manager. (I personally work from home for a call center and can connect to management in seconds.) She then gives me a manager email but says "she wont be able to do anything for you" She provided me a contact to call to process a refund. The number led to the ********** Blue Shield Of ND whistleblower line to submit anonymous complaints. The manager of that company called me back and confirmed this is not the correct number. I did double check this contact with ***** twice even prior to calling so I know I was purposefully given a wrong number. I paid $3,699.66 on 11/21, which I now need to be refunded as I am no longer having the procedure, and I cannot seem to get an answer on this. I do feel bad that ***** does not enjoy her work; however, withholding money and providing an incorrect contact for refunds is not okay.

      Once again there was some sort of failure at this business. In the past I've dealt with medication not being called in, but today I showed up for a test, only to find out that the orders weren't sent in. When I personally went to talk to the Doctor's ******** floor manager and assistant I was told by the assistant that the test wouldn't have been suggested... even after I pointed out there was a message saying where to call for my imaging appointment that we could look at. Frustrated, I left and reported it to my insurance. All of a sudden the imaging place texted me, I called them back to find out the order was just sent in. Nobody should have to fight this hard for healthcare. Although the doctors are very nice, someone is dropping the ball, and since I don't know who, I will be switching doctors. Personally, this place needs to evaluate what's going on before someone who needs a test or medicine gets hurt.
