Semper Fi did the six-month follow-up inspection after the installation of the heat pump in July 2023. **** was great! He was professional, friendly, on time, and explained everything he was doing in detail. He offered the suggestion to install a surge protector, which I agreed would be helpful. I appreciate the service that Semper Fi offers and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a company for either a new purchase or professional, fair-priced service on existing equipment.

The tech called me on his way over to my house and it's a good thing, because I was still asleep. He showed up and I had some questions and he answered them and proceeded to start his work. He performed the work proficiently and efficiently. The crane showed and removed the old unit, set new one in place. He continued his job and when finished outside, came in to replace old thermostat. Checked to see if unit was operating the way it should. Everything seemed to work well. Finished and off he went. Semper Fi tech installed and finished job in a professional timely manner.
