  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We purchased 2 units from them which were installed June 30th. We were promised 2 Reme Halo air purifications systems. It took 6 weeks and 3 appointments to get them installed. 5 appointments, 2 missed days of work and the painting of the ceiling still has not been completed. The last tech for the painting asked if we had paint for him to use and then wanted to cut a sample out of the drywall which was just repaired in order to match it. (Don't know why he couldn't use a palette fan.) On Friday, the straps on 1 of the air handlers broke. Water flooded the attic, soaked the plywood, the insulation, and came thru the ceiling. It took 6 phone calls and 4 hours, and 2 different visits by two different techs to get it fixed. The first tech showed up and said he couldn't do anything about it. Took some pics and said he would send them to dispatch. A half hour later, we still hadn't heard anything back. I had to call again, they said they never received anything from them. I HAD TO ASK them to send out another tech. He didn't show up for almost an hour an a half. I don't believe the fix the provided was the best they could do. I believe it was a band-aid to keep us from calling back again and I'm waiting to see how long it holds. As of this morning, I have not heard anything from this company about completing repairs (ie - the drywall, the carpet, the plywood and insulation inside the attic.)

  So I had a hot water heater problem, and gave them a call. They were fast on getting it done. Had the quote on Wednesday and it installed on Friday. They did an an amazing job, Ill be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you

  Quote and Service was great. My AC went out at 2 pm on a Tuesday and by 2pm 24hrs later I had a new unit installed and running. All the service was great

  I had an air conditioning company come out before Semper Fi He was there five minutes before saying we need a new air conditioner $14,000 Upon my neighbors recommendation, I called Semper Fi Out the very next day ******* was the service man Very thorough Took the time to explain what was needed in very simple terms Ordered part needed to fix Installed a few days later The house is ice cold ******* is a true professional Courteous and straightforward As well as knowledgeable. Hang onto him.

  My nephew is visiting AND causing many problems. One was inside my central air taping some bare wires where the insulation was missing. He decided to open the entire system and "clean: Well, he shorted out the system and ???? other problems.***** from Semper Fi came to our rescue after my nephew brought my system to a complete halt. Daid was a day brighter and very understanding and helpful. He was able to coordinate installation of a new unit. Why call Semper Fi. I am proud to be a Marine - **** - ****. Semper Fi Heating and Cooling has my back. Within 24 hours my new system was installed and my home cool again. The installation was perfect. The installers were very professional.   After 2 months of trying to keep our older ac unit running, they gently let us know there was nothing left that could be done. Shout out to ******** that made everything, and I mean everything, possible for a brand new AC!!! We love it and the whole Semper Fi team!!!!!!!
