The work on my house was fine. I recommended Semper Fi to my 90 year old neighbor who didn't have AC. After a quick house call last Sunday, and a $700 payment, they didn't even pick up the part which was in on Wednesday. It is now Saturday and they won't come out until Monday because the owners didn't answer the phone. It is now a week with out AC for my neighbor. Her husband had to be taken to the hospital. Semper Fi did provide a mobile AC unit but it hasn't cooled much. The room is still in the 90s and it popped the circuit. I would have thought they would be a priority. To not show up or even pick up the part is pure negligence. I cannot recommend Semper Fi anymore.

First and foremost, thank you for the concern that you show for your neighbors. Semper Fi Heating and Cooling has been working directly with your neighbor and the factory parts did arrived and installation has been completed. The home does require an electrical upgrade and this information has also been provided to the homeowner. We do work and advise directly that our technicians call when on the way, they will move on to the next call with in a standard time should there be no answer at the home. 5 starsThe Technician came out as scheduled and quickly diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner not cooling - it needed a capacitor, so he replaced the bad one and the unit cooled properly. Since our unit was 17 years old and had issues in the past, we decided to go ahead and replace it with a 4 Ton ******* unit. The installer came out the next morning right on time and installed the new unit in less than 2 hours. Both Technician and Installer answered all our questions clearly and precisely. We recommend Semper Fi to anyone that needs repairs or a new unit installed.Review fromBryan K

5 starsI just want to say I am 100 percent satisfied with my new AC unit not only did I get a great price the Service was awesome the guys were very knowledgeable and respectful. They were on time and answered all my questions! I have an awesome 10-year warranty and a service plan that was included! I also have a new awesome thermostat that I control with my phone. They took before and after pictures and shared them via email. They picked up the old unit within a few hours and all the mess was cleaned up!!!!! 5 starsOur air conditioning went out and *** did a great job fixing but stated it might not last. Extremely knowledgeable with explaining everything. Sure enough back today and talking with *** and then Gabe we have ordered up a new system.
