      Rented a 30' RV for the 4th of July weekend Again very dissatisfied with the way they operate Ask them multiple times the total charges lo and behold when we returned it all the charges changed changed 1st off the air conditioner went out we had to cut our trip short by 2 days because it was 98? out 2 kids and a dog and a wife it wasn't happening not only did we miss the 4th of July festivities But we missed spending time with Our family So we returned the camper 2 days early Before that they made us drive 60 miles out of our way Which they charged me for the mileage and the fuel to to see if one of their repair facilities can fix it can fix it and they knew the whole time that it was closed So all we asked for to be refunded was the 2 days and the 60 miles **** needless to say Mr. ***** at the ************* ******** store is one of the worst people to deal with he wants to fight with you he degrades you makes you seem like you're stupid When it's his fault the air conditioner went out lack of maintenance So needless to say the ************************* and the Better Business Bureau is being informed He charged us not only full even though **** America agreed to giving us a 2 day refund ***** took it upon himself to charge us full and extra charges I'll see you in court *****
