First let me say I have purchased Solar and am glad I did. I have had Solar for 9 months May-Feb, and so far we have generated more power than we use. Although APS charges for generation and delivery of the kWh we consume every month based on oral and off peak hour usage, I still get a credit every month for excess kWh I generated. Even with the monthly payment for the Solar (I purchased not leased) my monthly electric costs are still less than when I had pure APS although a couple of months I broke even. As for the salesman coming door to door, I did not have a bad experience with Solar Connections. Yes the sales call was not by appointment but I still heard them out and got their quote. I did this with 2 other companies that knocked on my door just to compare costs. I keep my circuit breaker box locked up so there was no unauthorized picture taking. Point is Solar Connections answered all my questions and I wasnt an easy sell, and the support they provided after the sale was excellent. Everyone I dealt with was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful when I had questions.

**** is a douchbag who is terrible at sales. He came in and immediately started pushing the sale on my dad, after my dad kindly rejected his offer he said next time say **** i dont want it before i come and waste my time and then walked out. My recent encounter with this deceptive solar energy company, which brazenly ignored my "no soliciting" sign, has left me thoroughly disappointed. Despite my explicit indication of disinterest, the company persisted in their misleading marketing tactics, disguising themselves as my electric provider. The sales representatives, who disregarded my clear objection, continued to ****** promises of substantial savings.I find it hard to believe any positive reviews about this company are genuine. The lack of transparency, coupled with their blatant disregard for personal boundaries, raises serious concerns about the integrity of their practices. Apparently, this company doesnt understand what no soliciting means.. multiple times in the past month or two they have came and knocked on our door. Their salesman was extremely pushy with my wife and wouldnt take no for an answer.Power Connections

***** has been up for 18 mos and my bill is locked in just like they promised. I will tell you they are some of the most friendly, hard working, thorough people at power connections. I have been able to avoid rate hikes and actually lowered my total power bill by 80/mo.Aps is not your only option anymore. That is basically burning your money with aps. Now Im investing back into my home and can get all the benefits. I will never go back to aps. (Three of my neighbors on my street got it the same week I did and they are all happy as well) Thank you to power connections!!! A++++Power Connections

Two sales men from this company were harassing my elderly neighbor. I was aware of their sleezy way of doing business based on reports to the ******************** They were extremely pushy and had my neighbor in tears. She had told them multiple times that she was not interested, but they would not leave. They tried to claim that they were representing ***, but backed away from that claim when I confronted them.A different sales team approached my front door a few days later. Again, they represented themselves as being associated with ***. They showed me a clipboard which had the *** logo on it. I told them to get off my property. They tried to continue their sales pitch. I told them they were now trespassing. They reluctantly left.I suspect the 5 star reviews are shill reviews. This organization is gathering sales leads for other companies and making a quick buck by misrepresenting who they are and what they are selling.Power Connections

My story is similar to the last 5 one star reviews. A young man with no identification but wearing a blue Power Connections shirt came to my door and insisted on photographing my power meter for APS to see if I qualify for solar. I said, several times, I was not interested in solar. Unknown to me he set an appointment for a salesman to come the next day. When the salesman arrived I was on another call so my wife told the salesman we were not interested. He insisted on talking to me but she asked him to leave several times. Finally she said she was calling the police if he didn't leave and he finally left. It appears they are trying to threaten and intimidate people, especially the elderly.Power Connections

Same story as some of the reviewers below me. Young man came to my house around 5:30pm one night. I was working in my garage, so I couldn't just ignore him like I do with most solicitors. He claimed he was working with a new APS solar power program and needed to take a picture of my electrical panel to see if I would qualify for the program. Insisted on finding a time when I might be available the next day to review the details if I qualified. They've pounded on my door 3 times in 2 days now. I will be referring this company to APS for fraud. I suggest others do the same if similarly contacted.Power Connections

We had a young man pound on our door not once but twice and then when he was told by me I am not interested in what you are selling he tried to back talk me, so my husband came out and the same situation was repeated. Beating on someone's door is not the way to start an interaction and then saying you don't even want to hear what I have to say is not a way to get through to me. I work from home and don't have time to stand there and listen to you when I ask several times what you are trying to sell and all you can do is start and restart reading from a script and not get to the point.Power Connections
