    This is a prime example of consumer abuse and business practices. My Contract was with Hertz ****************** without any explanation of a subsequent contract with Verra Mobility. My current pursuit hereafter this complaint is to contact the ****** Never should additional fees be to the equivalence, or greater than that of an agreeable and foreseeable contract. Hertz Car Rental is just as liable no matter what the fine-line indicates. Customer Personnel should at least extender an 'Offer' to consumers regarding purchasing an option for a 'Toll-Pass Device' rather than have a consumer shocked to receive 'Toll-fees' in access of over $120.00!!! This is a contract scheme exercising very deceptive practices. I have traveled over 40years and I've never witnessed anything like this. During the travel from ********* to *************, the toll stations didn't have an option for lanes to pay by Cash or buy Credit Card. Each Lane had several-several signs displayed on BOTH Sides of the expressway to "KEEP MOVING" without seeing a single person working for Highway Patrol. There's no-way a traveler would know this prior to traveling!! And as such, there's NO WAY that I would consent to these Charges!!! They are purely unauthorized and probably not too far from practicing outside the Scope of RICO ************ have contacted my Discover Card for not consenting to ANY of these additional Charges!!! I was Ok with $18.95 and maybe a little more...but over $100...that's a NO!!!!!!
