In May of 2021. I had a car financed through PFG funding. I paid on the vehicle on time, and if ever there was an issue I communicated with my accounts rep ************ Once in November of 2021 when I first got sick. I had to make a deferred payment agreement due to being in the hospital at the time I was out of work. After I returned back to work I continued to make my payments on time without a problem until I received an phone call from my account rep advising me their system was down (Auto-pay) and my payment did not authorize. Now in the month of January 2022 I developed an illness, Covid-19 I informed my accounts rep, still making my payments on time without an issue. As we all are aware Covid- 19 made an impact on this world no on ever expected. This company offered no assistance during this time, showed no remorse, showed now compassion. I was very upset of this , because I fight an auto-immune deficiency daily. Covid-19 wasn't helping me, nor was stressing about not missing a payment, and being out of work, however I still remained to make my payments. When February 2022 arrived I had surgery while in the hospital I made a payment, and also kept communication with my accounts rep through the process. I continued to make a payments or at least pay something so I wouldn't get to far behind. In the month of April 2022 I did fall behind one payment. Not a month one payment, PFG reposed the vehicle, didn't attempt to make amends or contact me with options. Even though the account rep knew my situation and also knew I was a good client. My payment history will tell my story for me. This is terrible for any company to treat someone this way. We're in times of living to where inflation is skyrocketing, people aren't making enough to survive, but we have to keep going or lose everything that's the only option. This company is not for the average working person. I understand people have rules placed for a reason, however life isn't the same when some rules where est

Purchased the car January 23rd 2022, drove off the lot with a FOW sensor needing to be replaced and a odd clunking sound. Both issues were promised to be fixed. After a total of 8 trips to the between the dealerships mechanic and the lenders mechanic the issues promised have yet to be fixed. In fact the sensor I was told is non fixable and the clunking sound has not stopped but only gotten worst. The last time it went I was forced to pay $100 (even though I was told because I left the lot with the issues it wouldnt pay for it) after picking up my car I made it down the road with both issues still happening. When I called PFG mechanic ***** and told him what was going on he rudely responded well my mechanic said that shouldve fixed it I told him he didnt fix it and I was told I could bring it back down but it be another $100. At this point I have paid $520 a month with $2,300 down payment for a car that has ultimately has had mechanical issues since day one.

Yes,I have a 2013 **** edge being financed through PFG funding. These guys are a living nightmare (not the guy that calls me, he is always very pleasant). I hate to have to do this because of how good he is, however this has to be done. As everyone knows this economy is very bad right now. I ended up losing my job because of this, so I order to stay afloat I picked up grub hub and Amazon flex. Gas prices have since got so bad it's just not affordable anymore. I picked up a job with amazon delivery partner and since I have a previous ticket I was let go. I'm literally doing everything I can to stay afloat and PFG funding calls me everyday harassing me over the car payment that I am aware is due, just right now I'm doing everything I can to keep a roof over my head and eventually get caught up on the car payment too. They are now threatening repossession.. I have a child and need a means of transportation to be able to get to my job ( I have three interviews tomorrow 06/14/2022) and I hope to land one of these jobs so that I can get caught up. I am in no way shape or form trying to avoid paying, live every American I am struggling, and the harassment isn't helping, it's bad enough the car has had. Alot of issues since day one (sunroof has never worked, transmission jumps rarely but still does it, and a brake fluid leak) I get these are risks you take buying a used car, it's just been a bit if a nightmare. I'd honestly like to be able to get something more affordable (even with PFG if I'm able) and have the harassment stop.

This is a lending for Auto Loans, I feel that there practices need to be reviewed. I bought a car and PFG funding gave me an offer, it seem really easy to get into, I made a large Down payment to start. after while My employment change and resulted my pay dates. My loan is on a bi weekly payment- I called requested to change due date to reflect new pay cycle they refused, an demanded payment- this resulted in ****** behind, I was able to catch up once but then unfortuny the new job ended my employment a week after I returned from a medical leave.. I fell behind again I was only 39 days pasted when the repo guy pick up- I spoke to default depart an stated I was going to recover car bring it up to date- things were square away- Then 2 days later I get a call and the Main Guy name ******* decided that they will not allow me to recover the car unless paid in full.. ******* states he the one that makes the final decsion and would not reconsider- I feel that this practice needs to be reviewed- I should be allowed to recover my car if I pay the past due about an any fees that *** have applied-- them not actully working with there current client and want to get less for the car at auction instead of helping out exspecallly durinthese past 2 years
