      I want others to know what they are getting when they hire SunSolar Solutions in *********, Nv. The salesman ****** was great, no pressure, very knowledgeable, and friendly. The install guys did a great job, I do think SunSolar brakes more roof tiles than other companies. I needed to call the office staff several times after giving them the specs for my roof tiles to come out and get them replaced. The issues I have are primarily with the administrative staff and follow up performance when errors arose.SunSolar was supposed to apply for applications with the local utility, NvEnergy.They applied but failed to pay the application fee. After 30 days the application automatically expires. They did this twice, and had I not called the utility to get the second one reinstated, there would have been a third application. All this time wasting away was only costing me because I was not active with NvEnergy. Due to their incompetence it took three months to get an inspection scheduled. The system was up and operating nine days later after wasting the previous three months.The other issue I had with them was their inability to get the Enphase app working correctly. After 4+ service calls for errors and incorrect data in the app, I called Enphase directly and with their help was able to accomplish what SunSolar could not do. I ended up needing to rewire and change polarity of incorrectly installed current transformers. The Enphase tech also changed several parameters the SunSolar people incorrectly had them set.The final straw was when it came time for the final payment for their services, they are only concerned with collecting the money. They do not take responsibily for their short comings or mistakes. I felt they needed to credit me some for completing their job. They are not concerned with customer satisfaction, just making money.Sadly, I can not recommend them after seeing their true ways.

      SEVERELY DISAPPOINTED!! I continue to get an APS bill every month, with the exception of November when neither the AC or the heater was running. I had a credit of $1.31. Multiple times I told the salesman I don't ever want to get 2 bills so overcompensate the system. Likewise, I would also like to get a pool in the near future. I was told the only way that can happen is if I purchase the Tesla battery,which I did, and still have 2 bills. My system was up and running June 28th, 2024, and I waited to give a real review. I was paying less without the solar!!

      Sales *** ignored my NO SOLICITNG sign and interrupted me in the middle of my work day. When confronted about the sign he just laughed it off. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

      **** ******* did a great job explaining how the program works and willingly did some follow up as well. ****** kept us updated as to each step along the way. The installers were punctual and efficient as a team. All the inspections passed with flying colors and we now have a solar home and look forward to lower electric costs.

      Great group of professionals at SunSolar. The install was very streamlined and the team was always in communication with me so I knew what to expect. I would highly recommend SunSolar Solutions for your solar power needs.

      Terrible company that does not stand behind their work. They had another company install my system 5 years ago. The installer has now gone out of business and Sunsolar wont warranty the system they sold me. I am now on my 3rd inverter. I dont think I have saved any money by going with this company. ***(owner) doesnt stand by his product and will claim they only sold the system but my warranty is with the now out of business company. Not the type of company you want to do business with.

      I am now in the final stages of my solar installation. Should be "all systems go" within a couple weeks. Everything has gone smoothly. I have been kept informed of the progress every step of the way. ****** and ***** have been great in keeping me informed. Would highly recommend this company!

      I am writing to correct my last review. Due to lack of communication on both sides, I made some bad assumptions. I assumed when my App showed no activity, my inverter went down again. What It ended up being was my App not communicating with the inverter. Once that was figured out, they came out and upgraded some software, so both sides are interfacing. Sun Solar has called multiple times to make sure all was well and answered some questions so I understand the process better. Special thank you to ***** who checked in last and answered a lot of my concerns.

      I was nervous about getting solar, but after my electric bill continued to rise over $500 in a month I started my research.SunSolar from the start has been extremely professional. Everyone that I have delt with so far has exceeded my expectations. My favorite part is having a person in charge of communicating with me. I can call or text with any questions and she always gets back to me. Over all I give them a thumbs up.
