This company is BS, they were late to install my system, they lied about how much electricity the panels would produce, worst this is a friend of mine was the sales rep. ** inverter went out and my bill went to $700 dollars this month While having to still make a solar payment of $236 and they were supposed to fix it on Friday and just never showed up and never communicated it to me, they damaged my roof while installing and caused a leak when letting them know they tried to deny it and say it was not them. I had to send them my inspection from when I purchased my home in order to prove they had caused it. I would not recommend solar at all especially this company.

Hello ******, we apologize for the frustrations you are experiencing with your solar. I did want to clarify a few items in your review. I am showing your solar proposal showed that the system would produce ****** kWh in its first year and it actually produced ****** kWh. The inverter did have a factory defect and our company caught this the next business day after it happened and started the replacement process. There is a process that we have to follow to replace the inverter with *********, which we took care of. I do apologize about the mishap on Friday with the service call, our technician ran long on another job and we were not able to come out until Monday. The roof leak was found not to be solar related. It was related to a previous roof leak which had already been patched before. Our company actually helped to patch it again so that it would no longer leak.Review fromGilbert P

5 starsWe knew we were wanting to go solar and looked at different companies. Sun solar was by far the most informative with great reviews. Sun solar kept us up to date on each step and made the process go smoothly. Sales, customer service and install crews were all efficient. Thank you
