      I placed an order for a Halloween costume on September 11, 2022. I have yet to receive my order which is for a Halloween party I am hosting!! The tracking still shows awaiting item and has been showing this for weeks now. I have sent numerous emails with NO response. When you call, you are continuously on hold until it eventually hangs you up. At one point, I was just getting a fast busy signal. Klarna cant even get in touch with them for a status and/or my refund. This company is a fraud! I will never recommend them to anyone and will seek further action to get my refund since it doesnt appear I will ever get my costume in time. I even left a review on the website which they never posted.

      I ordered a Halloween costume on October 7, said it would arrive by Oct 14, when I checked even still today it has no order status. Several emails to customer service with no reply and they have a face phone number on their website, no response still. Read several hundred reviews online of similar situations from other people. This company is a scam and should be prosecuted and the website taken down immediately. It is criminal what they are doing and should be held accountable

      Transaction date: October 6th Order #Y-1029198 Payment: $70.92 I have contacted the company multiple times in regards to my order as it is still in the order placed status and I was told it would be DELIVERED within 8 business days. Their customer support number is not a working number and their customer support emails are never answered outside of the initial automated response to confirm they got the email. Their instagram is filled with comments of other people who are also feeling like their money has been essentially scammed as there is no responses from the company and no updates on our orders. Im concerned that this is a scam as there is no way to actually get in contact with anyone and every time someone tries to call their customer support number the call fails almost instantly.

      Yandy does NOT answer phone calls, emails, inquiries through the website, or social media DMs. I ordered over a week ago and still have not received a tracking number when I spent over $90 on their merchandise. I should have looked at their Instagram comments because everyone and their mother seems to have the same issue. I would like a refund or an update to my order immediately so that I know whether to buy a costume elsewhere--especially from a company that cares about its reputation and customers.

      I ordered two costumes and did receive them. However the sizes are not true to size and do not fit. I have attempted numerous times for several days to call the company and the phone number isnt valid. I have also attempted multiple times to email the company and there is no response. They will ship the item and then block customers from reaching back out. I am trying to get a full refund from this fraudulent company.

      I ordered seven items on 9/20/22. I needed them for 10/7/22 and was given an ETA of around 9/30/22. By 9/30/22, they still had not even bothered to ship my items or even update me about a delay. I reasonably requested either a refund or expedited shipping. They decided to ignore multiple requests and instead, shipped the items economy, so I will not get them on time. I clearly stated that I needed a refund if they could not ship the items to me expedited. Dozens of daily requests for the same have been ignored completely by the seller. Any legitimate business would have shipped the items out on time, or informed the costumer of a delay and honored either one of my very reasonable requests. I plan to refuse the shipment since, as stated, it is useless to me now, and I would like a full refund. This is beyond bad customer service, it is dishonest and fraudulent!

      Previous correspondence that's funny! Every single request I made was ignored, or responded to with an automated message about how you finally decided to snail mail my items more than two weeks after I ordered them. Buyer beware, Yandy is a SCAM and "management" is a joke.

      I placed an order on September 10th, with shipping estimated at that time for 8 business days. This was for an event on September 28th, which would have allowed 13 business days. On September 19th, I emailed for an order update which could not be provided, only that it would be "soon" and that I could cancel my order as long as it had not shipped or processed. I have been tracking the order since then, to which it still says "Order Received". Today, September 26th, I email to cancel my order as it is still "received", not processed or shipped and will obviously not arrive in time.Today, they respond to my email saying that they cannot cancel the order as it is being processed. This confuses me as there was no note of this in my tracking that a status has changed. Now, my options include waiting for it to arrive and returning to sender, which could take up to a month, and waiting for a refund all that time. I also have an issue with their live customer chat directing me to email which was already used rather than allowing me to actually chat live. It is mislabeled if that is the case.

      I placed an or on 8/28/2020. I have sent several emails to get a status of the order however they keep saying it hasnt ship and that they are running behind.

      Again there were fulfillment delays Fall of 2022. This order finally delivered in Mid September after a 2 week delay. We apologized to the customer for the inconvenience.
