  5/15/2023 ************** and ***** were here for 2 days to knock out the shower and bathtub and build a new walk-in shower with large bench. We had the shower handle placed just inside the wall to be able to turn the water on before entering and the best placement of handheld shower head with 3 way diverter and the grab/towel bars. They did an excellent job and gave ** information as they worked along. The cleanup and finish was very professional. We are thrilled to have this great update which enhances the usability now and the resale ability in years to come.**** A

  Frustrating company to deal with. In our guest bath we were told the tile would go to the ceiling. Little did I know sheets of tile are only 96. I suspect a miscommunication or measurement. Very disappointed because I then would have made a different decision or at the very least been prepared for the result. Secondly, not seeing samples of the shower flooring, I assumed it would be he same in both showers, but not the case. Center holes have one design and bath tub conversation to showers have another. I didnt know that would cause a change to the pad they put down. The one in our master shower has a bright shine and looks cheap. The fixtures are big box store quality and have less luster than more expensive upscale ones. The glass doors are thin and not what I would call high end by any means. Again, box store quality. The chrome shelf does not shine up like higher end pieces do and the luster below what I expected. For the cost, I would have expected gold plated! Too expensive for the quality by a long shot. And the stonewalling you get when you call is most unpleasant. I called at least 3 times to pay my bill and then had to ask for a copy to be emailed to me. The installer was excellent, the person sent out to put in the chrome shelf was excellent, but the price of over $32K for for 2 showers, oh my, what was I thinking when the product quality does not match the price. One day service is great if you have one bathroom and low tolerance for workers in your house, but next time Ill opt for the real thing.

  Last week **************** and *** installed my new shower. They were very thorough in explaining all the materials they were using and the process. It wasnt an easy install for them having to go up and down the stairs multiple times.

  Ripoff! Quoted me 21k to replace my tub with a shower! These guys came to my house to do a quote. They gave me 3 prices: One if I buy today, one if I buy tomorrow and one that is good for 30 days. Oh, they also gave me 2k off for being a veteran, which is funny, because I never served,. When I told them I would have to think about it the salesperson replied that he just had to call it in. Apparently calling it in means let's make a deal! At that point I lost my temper and told the sales person to leave! I don't appreciate the hustle... just give me the best price out of the gate! I wouldn't buy from this outfit if they were the last Bath Remodel company on the planet

  ********* ***** as a speaker. Calls my shower an eyesore. Says ********* approved design.what does she know about design. Emphasizes every third word.very annoying! You need to drop her ad.shes bad!!

  The installers ******* B and ******* B were great, the best part of Jacuzzi. When they were working they pulled out the shower pan and the drain hole was in the wrong place from how we ordered it. Not their fault, the fault of the salesman who put in the order. We had to go with it. The installers were fantastically professional, answered all my questions, worked almost non stop. They cleaned up better than any other workers to ever come into my home and do work. The shower is beautiful and we love it. Working with the salesman and the office on the phone was terrible. I don't have enough space to elaborate here. But the final product is lovely and the installers were here over 12 hours getting things done right.

  I am disappointed in the customer service and efficiency of this company. They forgot to turn the water valve to ************ on, delivered wrong size tub twice and I had to reschedule the remodel which inconvenienced my household, damaged some drywall and I can't reach the general manager's assistant for resolution

  My install team did a great ********** F, ************************** and ****** were all very professional, explained everything along the way. Informed me about each step along the way. They were careful to keep my home protected from any further damage. They were all personable and cleaned us after themselves. I would highly recommend this team. They are an asset to your company.
