      Hargray plainly does not care and doesnt have to because of our closed market. They legally have no competition while they ruin businesses. Our service is out constantly with zero refund or even acknowledgement. Five days our business had ZERO phone service and ******* did not care nor even show for appointment. This is how it has been for 20+ years.

      Does anyone else have problems with their internet through Sparklight slowing down at night. We switched to unlimited, and every night its impossible for my son to do any gaming at all because it lags horribly and shuts down. Why is this every night? It cant be the new equipment that I bought because it works fine during the day. Be better!

      I am getting sick of my internet going out at night for *upgrades* or *maintenance* with absolutely no notice. I get that this needs to be done; however, you need to send out an email or a letter letting us know that service will be disrupted on a certain date at a certain time for approximately so many hours. Some of us work at night, some of us are up late, some of us have insomnia, whatever the case; it's not really your business. We pay for your service and need prior notice of interuptuons.

      This company will tell you to pay a certain amount. You do so and then they do not honor what they say. Beware of this company and use Century Link instead

      At about 2 am Saturday morning my cable went out. It was the ** only. They told me even though it was their equipment that went out and I could play on my computer they were under no obligation to fix it till Monday. They did fix it Monday and all they had to do is replace a defective power cable on their unit, ten minutes at most. Because that was their equipment and my personnel equipment worked one would think they would be more apt to fix it instead of telling me it wasnt their problem. I tried to phone someone in charge and their support associates kept me running around to no avail for two hours plus. The supervisor treated me as if I was an idiot. They seriously need to get their service straightened out to be customer friendly. Please. Pass this around the veterans community as Im sure there are other disabled vets that get this type of treatment.****
