      As the only High Speed Internet provider (100 Mbps or higher) in the area, there is little choice to run a business with anyone else.I have been waiting 2 weeks to upgrade my **************** for my business. I am on my 3rd phone call over 2 days to try and get the service upgraded. The contract has been signed (2 weeks ago) and now multiple calls of sitting on hold, being transfered to one department to another, holding while someone reviews the notes on the account to find out what is going on, to transfer me to someone else.Yet, the service has still not been upgraded.While I am on hold, I a writting this review. During this time I get to listen to the propoganda on how Sparklight Business is here to help small businesses with high speed Internet and how they are here to make my life easier. No matter how many times I have to hear this message, it still is not true. They advertise providing managed Internet and ***** Services as a way to save you time and headaches. I can't imagine letting a business rely on Sparklight to manage the Internet and wireless for an office with Sparklight's poor service track record.Nearly an hour later, the account has supposedly been upgrade. Yet speed test show no improvement. It may tak another few hours to upgrade. Ugh.

      They're not bad but they keep up charging my account. Started first few months out paying only $90 now my bill is almost $200 a month and that's with unlimited data. Also I read their responses to people and it's just lazy and pathetic ?? copy and paste. Not much of a surprise there its what you should expect out of their services. They serve little effort for a big price!

      I want to shine a light on one of sparklights employees he has excellent customer service skill . He installed our service in less than 10 minutes and he was so considerate and helpful with all of my questions Titan from ********,** is a breath of fresh air the true definition of quality service i will recommend sparklight to all of my friends and family .. Thank you for such wonderful service.. truly an excellent company

      Support blamed my approved modem for being a bad one after admitting that they cant just add the modems MAC address to their network without seeing my modems inbound communications. They ended up assigning a tech to come out and I told him to just add the modem MAC to your networkomg it worked. ****** are working at this business.

      Spark light is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with. First thing he did was disable my TV so I couldnt get any channels free through the airwaves. Then they set up their garbage made a mess of my house. Technician was rude and never paid any attention to what I had to say. After 2 1/2 hours I had no signal. He was in a big hurry left ,left his bag of tools left the box. The modem came in, left his garbage behind. The next morning, I loaded it up and took it back to spark light. Now I have even less than what I had before. Didnt even wanna leave one star review. But had to.

      The worst company in the history of scam internet companies. Pre-pay the month for over $80 all said and done after they lure you in with low rate ad do 90s nickel and diming. Then I buy my own modem/router from their approve list of possible 6 because my $500+ router isnt on their list. Verify before this - their internet was at my new house previously, sit on the phone for 73 minutes for their 24/7 promise quick technical support. Then told got your mac address bro all good, sending a signal should take ***** minutes. 2 days later i wait on hold for another hour to be told.....what we've never had service at that address please hold, then supervisor is unavailable at all tonight to even hold for much time..... I can send a technician out! Which is what i bought sparklight for in the first place, to avoid this cable provider bs. So now they have my $100+- after all this **** fees because they dont give military veterans of three tours a discount. SO now, i have no internet and i cant do my job, no one can help, and technician who does nothing but ask them to send a signal isnt available for weeks but still I'm gonna get charged for "service" and there is no reimbursement. Stay away stay away. 90s bs tactics and sad they are still allowed to be in business. I never review or complain/social media, but sparklight messed with the wrong infantry veteran. WE dont take **** from anyone and now its my mission to make sure this doesnt happen to any other veteran or person. Services....clearly not rendered.

      They literally dont care about retaining customers. They seem to have no standards for the service they provide, i live about an hour drive one way from an office and upgraded to the 1 gig plan, after 1 mo it started being terrible and only getting at most a 200 download. Called tech support they said you need a new router. Cool send one out. They saud they coupd not and i have to go to the office and swap it out, i called the "loyalty" **** next day they coyld send it but they dont send a return label lol, when i asked about hey what can you do on the bill **** mo simce im paying a lot and not getting what im paying for. Nothing because internet is still working lol. Its like if you paid for a 12 pack of soda and then only got 3 sodas and the company was like hey you still got some soda now get bent and come out of pocket on your end because you get nothing from us. Like i wasnt even expecting anything crazy, at least like a otc of 20 off for the inconvenience. But nope not sparklight they cut costs on every level at your expense and literally do not care if you recieve any kind of quality service at all. There loyalty **** does nothing to save your business. It is the craziest thing ive ever seen ....just a joke of a company as far as customer service goes and 0 standards like not even a bs empathy statement they dont even try to prerend to care. How are they a company? Imagine if they instilled some standards of any kind at all... they could maybe have a lot more customers that way. But that would make sense so thats not the sparklight way!

      Sparklight has the BEST customer service! Their technician, *****, was super quick and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the things I didn't understand. I totally recommend Sparklight. Quick, professional and excellent service.

      The worst customer service! Ive been waiting 12 weeks to have my installation completed. No one will accept responsibility. They only say we will send an email to address your concern. Im told someone will contact me. Not yet. Im trapped - theres no cable in my neighborhood.

      We are all quick to leave a negative review when things aren't going smoothly, and the thousands of customers who have positive remarks or comments about a company don't speak up oftentimes.So, I'm here to leave a review on Sparklight in hopes that it reaches the appropriate audience and maybe influences others to speak on the positives with a company when it occurs.I've been a Sparklight customer for nearly 3 years now. I was only able to get DSL internet to my remote location, but Sparklight provided me a timeline on helping to get me their service to my house after a little bit of time passed. This was my initial experience with Sparklight and they went out of their way to get ONE residence hooked up to their service. I've had bad bouts with internet packet/data loss after a year or so of having their service. I complained multiple times and Sparklight has attempted to solve the situation with several techs sent to my house. Ultimately, the issues persisted after a bit of time. I was forced to email Sparklight multiple times about the rare and un-common issues I was experiencing, though a fellow Sparklight user 2 miles down the street from myself was having no issues for 2-3 years now. Sparklight has once again stepped up to the plate and addressed my concerns. I work in the service industry, and I know if I was working with a customer as myself, I wouldn't have many polite things to say. However, the Sparklight techs, employees, and directors/managers have maintained a strong sense of professionalism and courtesy and have consistently managed to help **** want to give a shoutout to Mr. **** one of the area technicians who gets an A+ from me. He has provided me superb customer service and is one of the main reasons why I want to leave a review. I hope the company pays this gentleman what he's worth or finds any way to retain him as he is a great model of an employee for the company. Lastly, shoutout to *******************************************************
