I worked with ****** and she was the consumate professional. My documents were handled flawlessly and she was very responsive in our telephone conversations. She is an excellent OneAZ representative and made the borrowing process seamless. This was the best borrowing experience in a very long time. ****** made me feel valued. Bravo OneAZ

THANK YOU **** for being of such great assistance to me when I called. The wait on hold was not long at all. I wasn't able to get my issue handled online with the chat and had to call customer service. **** was very polite on the phone and very helpful. My experience was 5 star for sure!OneAZ Credit Union

This was my first time with any credit union, therefore I had a lot of questions. I actually expected rude staff to be quite honest, but that was NOT the experience I had. I called the office at Union Hills and a very kind woman helped me with basic questions. I wish I could remember her name but I cannot. However, I was transferred to *******************, my banker and lender specialist, who helped me further along the process to open and an account and assist me with a loan. He was very helpful, patient, kind, and knowledgeable of all the questions I had for him--there were many! I would highly recommend this One AZ Credit Union to anyone as it was very helpful to assist me in all my needs. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and happy with my experience!OneAZ Credit Union

I had a great experience getting a car loan through One AZ. **** M was the representative I worked with. He answered all of my questions, kept me updated through the process, and went above and beyond when we needed to switch purchase vehicles due to dealership issues. He and the closer, ******* S, worked on ******* the loan through to make sure I had a check before the branch closed on a Friday. I appreciated their time, effort, and responsiveness. I will definitely keep using One AZ for loans in the future.OneAZ Credit Union
