I reopened a ******** checking and money market account about 10 days ago at the location on ******. I had had an account several years ago in Glendale and had always really liked the credit union. Since my husband and I stay part of the year in ********, I wanted to have a bank account there.My husband and I had just sold a house so it was for a significant amount at least for me - $150,000. I waited to speak to a representative and was totally amazed at how disinterested and down right rude she was. At one point when she told me I wouldn't have checks for over 2 weeks, she told me the cashier's check charge of $5 would be waived until I received my checks. When I questioned the $5 charge at all, she told me all banks have that fee. At that point I interrupted her and said **************** does not charge it. She treated me like she was the tutor and I was a student who had never been in a bank before.I felt not welcome at all in your credit union. But by that point she had checked my credit and I had invested 45 minutes in the visit so I stayed and opened the account. I wish I would have walked out.OneAZ Credit Union

I had to have a debit card canceled due to fraudulent activity. When I contacted *********** I dealt with representative ***************************. As has always been the case with OneAZ, the service was exemplary. ***************** was attentive, cheerful, and extremely helpful. A definite bright spot on the morning.OneAZ Credit Union

I got a mortgage from oneAZ just a year or so ago. I was just notified - with little warning, that they had sold my mortgage to another company. To make matters worse, when I contacted the new mortgage company they weren't at all prepared to make the switch. One more thing; the new company's name is "****************", and they call themselves a "debt collection agency". I originally went to oneAZ because they were calling themselves a "small town" bank, yet they handled this business transition very poorly - more like a large, cold corporation.
