  I ordered an item from this company and it never arrived. I had the *********** track it and they cannot find it. I have called several times and you only get a machine that says to contact them by email and you will get a response within 24 hours. I have done that twice and never got a response. When I looked up reviews for this company there are only 1 star reviews and many claims of fraudulent business and very bad reviews. Do not use this company.

  I bought from this company, only to find out when i received the shape-wear that they are not reputable, do not have a legitimate customer service department, and do not contact you back when you ask for a refund(which they make you be "approved" for a refund before authorizing the return). When i went to look up an actual phone number to reach out to the company, a bunch of "fraudulent business," "bbb bad reviews," and "concerns over the legitimacy of the business, excessive pricing, and failure to deliver products or issue a refund" popped up from different reputable sources online.

  I purchased the sauna pants. 3xl. When they arrived it looked like they were made for little kids. They have an ati answering machine that states they can not answer phone. To contact them by e-mail. I did so and received an email back saying they would contact me within 24 hours. Been a few days now. Then I went and read all the reviews. All scam reports. It's true. I reorder some sauna pants from a different company same size, they ***********. I have learned recently that when you buy online, it is best to search for reviews on the company first. They business should be shut down. Learned my ****** for *****. Glad I didn't order anything expensive or several of anything. Says they support our troops, that is why I purchased. I highly doubt that also. RJC

  Purchased Back Brace for Posture Support from them in August 2023. The product does not look exactly like what is shown on their website. The materials quality is poor and therefore does not do what is claimed (to support your back). Contacted the merchant and they are only willing to provide the store credit if I return the product. I expect that they pay for the return shipping for sending the product which is not as advertised and I would not be interested in getting the store credit when I do not have confidence on their product anymore. But the request is declined. I was not able to dispute the credit card charge as I am not willing to spend more money (by paying return shipping) to send back the product. A ****** learned of buying from the online merchant without searching their review from the third party.

  Purchased compression leg stocking that was advertised as having silicone at the top to keep it from slipping down. My stockings kept falling down and looking at the inside of the stockings I did not see any silicone. I sent pictures of the item and requested exchange for the same item. I was offered a exchange code to purchase the same item but the silicone issue was not addressed. Pressing them on this I received the following response Thanks for writing us back. Upon checking the Compression Leg Sleeve Knee Support Stabilizer Long Brace don't have a silicone inside. Thank You,StabilityProMy response:If you are telling me that the stocking I ordered does not have a silicon strip to hold it in place to keep it from slipping down then you need to remove that statement from your advertisement of the item because it is not true. . It would lead customers to purchase the item thinking it has a silicone non- slip feature when it doesnt. Actually this is the reason for the concern and rather that admit error and make things right you have sent a lot of nonsensical remedies as a solution. After this I was told that I could not use the exchange code because the item was on sale and past the 30 day warranty period. They are scamming customers with product descriptions and refusing to honor the warranty on faulty items.

  Be very careful buying anything from this company. They would not let me return a knee brace I bought that appeared to be something different than what I bought.Don't get screwed like I did. Research other legit companies.

  I BOUGHT A WAIS TRAINER AND IT WAS TOO SMALL JUNE 24 2023 AND RETURNED IT. i HAVE THE RECEIPT THAT I RETURNED IT. I'VE BEEN EMAILING THEM FOR A EXCHANGE SINCE I COULN"DT GET A REFUND. I HAVEN" HEARD FROM THEM IT BEEN A MONTH

  I placed an order but immediately within minutes, contacted them by email asking to cancel my order and I received a response after 3 days stating that under no circumstances do they cancel orders ( I should have looked up the cancellation l and return policy) which is horrible. the item cannot be returned since they said it was on sale so cant return for a refund. After looking them up I see the writing is super low people say its a scam company and Im very disappointed that I couldnt just be canceled before the item was ever processed or shipped.

  This place is a TOTAL SCAM! Horrible quality, horrible customer service and horrible return policy. I ordered items before looking at reviews (my fault) and immediately requested to cancel my order (within 5 minutes of placing it) and they told me that I was unable to. Products came in the mail and it looked like stuff youd buy from the dollar store, except at the dollar store, you could probably return it. Dont consider them, just dont.
