  This company is a ripoff, do not purchase anything from them. I ordered a work out belt, they said it sizes run small my waist is 34 the belt came in at 30. Cannot return it. It should get zero stars.

  This company has shady practices. The return policy is so vague on their website, however, it never states "on sale" products don't qualify for a return. When you attempt to return the crappy item they sent, they have a standard email (same exact verbage to every single request) that their item was on sale, therefore is not eligible for a return. Every single response also says that "they checked with their manager, and can offer store credit". There is NO actual customer service, all the remails requesting a return are answered the same way by a BOT. Forget getting anyone on the phone - they never answer the number provided. This whole business is a scam, and something MUST be done to keep them from stealing more people's hard earned money!! SHUT THEM DOWN.

  Theft is what this company is about, buyer beware!!! Ordered two bras from them, they showed up completely different than described on their website. Super cheaply made, and did not fit as they were so cheap. At first they wouldnt reply to my emails, whatsoever. Finally got back to me after two weeks and several emails sent. Was told I couldnt have a refund, but in store credit. I returned BOTH bras with signature confirmation of delivery. Spent over ***** with them, they tried to only give me a ***** I store credit, saying that they only got 1 bra Back, which is completely false as both where sent back and delivered, signed for to be clear! This company is in the business of ripping people off, and doing horrible business. Again, buyer beware!!

  I'm giving it no stars because not only did I buy multiple products but I never received them I need a full refund asap and no I'm not being a ***** but I bought a lot of stuff for myself and my grandmother and here I am a whole yr later with no items

  NO REFUNDS!!!!!! CRAPPY MATERIAL WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAD TO EMAIL 3 TIMES JUST TO GET A REFUSAL FOR A PRODUCT I NEVER EVEN WORE.

  I bought a knee sleeve brace. It was cheap quality, poorly made and didn't support me at all. They wouldn't give me a refund, only store credit because I bought the item on sale. When I used my store credit to purchase something else, they wouldn't let me apply my credit towards shipping and handling on the new product I ordered, which is a total ripoff. In order for me to get my remaining credit, I have to buy something else from this company and pay another shipping and handling charge, which isn't right. Stay away from this company, it's a total ripoff.

  Received an inferior product- definitely not as advertised. It was cheap, made in *****, no directions and the seam was coming apart. Would not recommend.

  this company is a fraud and a scam. I purchased the sciatic brace online and was sent something different and inferior to the item shown. No instructions or directions were included. the item was of poor quality and nothing like the photo. when I asked for a refund they said no because it was onsale. they only offered me a 50% discount on another item and I had to return the original item at my own expense. their phone number doesnt work and you get only a recording saying they are not available. Stay away from this company as it is a fake to take your money.. they should be fined a put out of business. they deserve no stars.

  Stability pro comes off a** a complete scam!!! I was shipped cheap faulty equipment that never came on, and when I addressed the issue, they strung me on for 30 days so they would not have to replace or refund the item to fit their policyI was also told that if I agreed to pay the shipping again , they would ship me out another product although I agreed to that, it never happened
