I purchased an item from this company and could not get instructions from them on how to use. I reached out they did not respond to my request. I submitted a complaint through PayPal to return the item and get a refund based on the fact that I did not know how to use the product however they Only said they can issue a credit find anything on their website that would interest me all of the products were cheap, and the one that I purchased was actually false advertisement, and so therefore I was requesting a refund I had returned the itemInitial Complaint

This company claims to have a 30 day return policy, but they wont stand behind their return policy and issues a store credit. I dont want to store credit. I ordered a bra from this company after having breast surgery. I had been having issues finding something that fit so I ordered from 3 places, Stabilitypro being one of them.The day I received the item I tried it on right away and it didn't fit. It pinched in the underarm area and offered no support for my b****** which was the point of this bra, post surgical support. I immediately emailed the company, the response took almost a week and they offered me a 50% discount off my next order rather then the return that their website said they made quick and easy. I have since emailed 3 more times asking for a return of my money to which they have not responded.I will gladly send back the unused merchandise but I want and need confirmation that I'll get my $30 back.Initial Complaint

Received my Sauna Suit. What a joke. After waiting weeks for it, it doesn't fit at all! Its as though it's made to fit a child. Called the numbers, no answer - just a voice-mail saying to email. I ordered a back brace on Amazon, I did not realize it was StabilityPro. I had ordered a back brace directly from them about a year ago, it was so small it would not fit a ten year old child much less an adult. This time, not realizing it was the same company, I followed the directions to measure for size and then added a size. I ordered an XXL. I wear a large T-shirt. The brace that I received will not fit a ten year old. I emailed StabilityPro customer service and told them the brace was WAY to small could I send it back and get a larger one that would fit a grown man. They told me the brace was on sale and nothing could be done. Then after I rebutted they said I could send it back and get a store credit. There is nothing in their store I want unless they have a back brace that fits me. This is the second time I have dealt with this store. I did not realize it until I recognized their ******* address. I would not have bought anything from them if I had known (remembered) the business name. I ate the price on the first brace from them. I am now going to have to lose the price of a second item from this business. This brace that is sold as an adult brace will not fit a ten year old and I am talking about an XXL. I ordered a sauna body suit from this company. I needed to exchange it for another size. I called and they recommended emailing their support team. I followed their instructions and were supposed to respond in 24 hours. I waited 2-3 days and no response. So I emailed them again. Now its been almost a week and still no response. I ordered two items on June 30th and paid extra for 2 day shipping. The items arrived on July 11th, and were NOT shipped via 2-day. The company does not respond to their live chat, or phone, and are VERY slow to respond to emails. They offer you a discount to get you to purchase, but anything purchased on sale is not eligible for a refund.
