My partnership with eMerchantClub has been extremely great. **** ****** is one of the best customer service **** in the firm. One thing I truly appreciate is the follow-up the staff in my experience wants you to be successful so they hold you accountable and I love that them nudges are well needed. I am grateful that I can call and still identify it's Hope I have been partnered with EMerchantClub for years and whether it's no action or action pack the staff follows up. I really like it here. When I first started I was surprised by the start up cost that I had received. Idk, what it may be today but I find the learning center helpful and the coaching exactly what one needs to have a productive and successful business.E Merchant Club

*** ******* is very ignorant. She thinks she can yell at customers and demand they sign up for the site. Their own website barely functions! Not a good company for neurodivergent or tan color people . *** ******* exemplifies why so many companies utilize human resources overseas.E Merchant Club

Title: Excellent Support and Flexibility Ive been a long time client for many years. Ive had an outstanding experience working with Emerchant Club, specifically with **** ******! The representative, **** ******, whom Ive been working with has been incredibly flexible, patient, understanding, and supportive, always available to assist whenever needed. 1 star12/7/24 When I joined paid activation fee $39.95. Informed monthly hosting fee of $29.95. 01/01/25 Originally my bank was charged $39.95 x5 times= $199.75 01/02/25 I called I was refunded $159..80.Was promised website would be set up and running, untrue, I was trained on the phone in a out 45 min. Promised technical support which I would call they would be of little help no guidance at all.01/10/25 payed $50.00 01/14/25 after weeks of trying to get online business going I cancelled because I just could not set payment method. So after no empathy or frustrated employees lacking understanding that I just couldn't do it. I cancelled services all together.02/03/25 pc "*** in technical support stated a CT closed no charges due 02/12/25 Now they are staying I upgraded my account so I owe them $49.00. How if I was overcharged by $10.00? PC "***" told me he did not see any upgrade noted but still will do nothing to stop trying to collect or charge bank. Threats to take me collections and twice a month trying to draw monies from my bank account. I'm 74 and disabled trying my best to stay above water, I cannot afford overdraft charges. I started the EMerchant Club in 2021 when I was driving a semi. I wanted something to make good money when I retire which was coming soon. I have dyslexia so reading dose not come easy. As of June 2024 I am fully invested and I have a very close girlfriend who comes over and helps me. Once I make the full investment back I will put ***** for helping me so I can help her and her husband. I may not be making the big money yet but I will by the end of this year.
