      Extremely Disappointed 0 Stars if I Could Ive been a customer with ********************** for over 9 years, and Ive never been more disappointed. Our AC went out during a brutal Arizona heat wave, with temperatures reaching 118 degrees. It's been over a week, and theyve still failed to get the necessary parts to the technician. When parts did arrive, some were missingadding even more delays.Ive had to call 23 times a day just to try and get the situation escalated, only to be met with the same frustrating runaround: no updates, no urgency, and endless excuses. Apparently, their team cant even contact their own purchasing department directly they have to go through email, which only slows things down further.There has been absolutely no sense of urgency, even with extreme heat posing a health risk. The lack of accountability and poor communication are unacceptable. After nearly a decade with this company, Im now actively looking to cancel and switch to a provider that actually values its ************** yourself the headachelook elsewhere.

      Absolutely terrible company! We live in **, and our a/c went out. Their contractor can't get here for 5 days! Meanwhile it's 100+ degrees out. When I called and explained that we have children in the home, one of which is asthmatic, and another person with a chronic illness, they did not care. I called a company myself just to get an estimate to see if we could afford it without going through the warranty. Within 30 minutes a technician was at my house, diagnosed the problem, and could have it fixed in 30 minutes. Landmark would not reimburse us if we paid out of pocket, and the cost was too much to be out the money all together, so we have to wait! The customer service agent literally refused to escalate the call.

      We are a military family living in ******* with a 1 year old and a dog. Our AC went out on Monday and we put in a claim with landmark. The company they assigned had multiple reviews of trying to scam customers. Also have multiple reviews of lying about diagnostics to ensure it wasnt covered under warranty. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but they told me they charged $100 per pound of refrigerant (only $20 covered by warranty). Another company quoted it for $47. To no surprise their diagnostics resulted in my claimed denied. When landmark called to tell me that they stated they were still awaiting on photos from the team dispatched. I questioned how they could deny my claim if they havent received a full diagnostics from the company? I was put on hold to be to told the company said they sent them we just havent reviewed it. I asked to speak to a supervisor where I was told they had 48 hours to respond. 3 days go by and no call. When I called back I was told they would put it in their notes and a supervisor would call within 48 hours again. I asked about an update on the analysis of the photos and was told they havent received them. Blantant lie as they told me 2 days prior they received them. Also, I had reached out to the company that came to my house 3 times for a quote and have had zero response. In landmarks notes the company stated they contacted me already which had never happened. To this day i still am awaiting a phone call back. 5 days with no AC in ******* where its already 100 degrees and not a single answer from any parties. They refuse to send a second opinion until they review those photos (which theyve had for 3 days). I leave on military orders tomorrow and my family is stuck in a 94 degree house. They were already sued once for this same issue in *******. DO NOT GET A WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY. I will be cancelling the moment my contract is up and will never provide another dollar to them.

      Same issue as everyone else. Every time you call them, they pretend to come out and diagnose your issue, but actually just decline the claim. Its a waste of money and youre just throwing your money away by sticking with this warranty. No point in having a home warranty company that doesnt actually fix anything. Ive called them twice so far and both times theyve refused to do any repairs. To make matters worse, they wait a couple weeks before updating you, so youre stuck with no AC in summer heat without any idea if repairs are happening or not. Then they also wont give you your money back after denying your repairs. Dont make the same mistake as me - stay away from this company and dont feed your hard earned money into their lies.

      Landmark sends out the worst repair services in a company called ******* home repair.... he makes so many excuses and never shows up for weeks....

      Look at every recent review. 1 star after 1 star. The company are crooks. I have been a customer and paid for a policy for more than a decade. They used to be local(US ************* and customer service) and you could actually call and speak with someone. That has been routed to an out of country call center that only tries to deny your claim. Our AC went out in *****, 100 degree weather, over 2 weeks ago. They use crappy contractors that don't show up as scheduled and then they reschedule with another crappy contractor and you have to wait again. Their own contractors tell you they can't fix it and it needs to be replaced. Landmark then says they need a second opinion and you have to wait days again for someone to come out and no show again. Again their own contractor says you have to replace the system. They then try to say it's being denied because you haven't maintained it and its been neglected for years. You remind them that they have been out in the previous two years each and nothing was stated about the condition of the system or neglect and no other items were recommended by their contactor to fix. Then Landmark says claim is denied because you didn't do an annual tune up. It's not stated anywhere in the contract you have to do a tune up with them or a claim will be denied. We did annual maintenance and have records of it. Every time you counter their baseless denial with documentation or facts they say they will have someone call back with an answer and they come up with another denial. The people at their call center have no idea what they are talking about and you can't communicate with them. It's like talking to a robot. DO NOT EVER USE LANDMARK HOME WARRANTY. THEY WILL NOT PAY. THEY ARE CROOKS.

      I purchased a home warranty from Landmark 3 years ago. Initially their service response and repair were excellent. Recently their service is disappointing. For example, on August 31 one of their contract providers came to my house to repair a washing machine. The technician was excellent. The problem arose as the appliance service can no longer purchase the part, but the part must be purchased through Landmark. It is now 13 days and my most recent call to Landmark was unsatisfactory as they had no information as to when the washing machine part will be shipped and delivered to the appliance provider. I would not recommend Landmark as a home warranty company as the service and responses are very poor.

      Slow as h*** I had to end up paying for my AC condenser to be replaced out of pocket because they wouldn't get anyone to my house in a timely manner when the heat was 100+ in ******Fast forward a couple of months. Our hot water heater goes out on a Saturday. They don't send anything until Monday. The company they sent was out here first thing Monday morning. GREAT! They send the stuff over quickly to Landmark. I approve it. Then they tell me it's going to be ***** hours for procurement to order a STANDARD WATER HEATER! I have made a huge stink about it. I am a mom, with kids and we have no hot water.This is an emergency for me. If it was just me and the husband it wouldn't be such an issue. They are ordering the stupid thing from ****** not from a specialty shop. The ****** is out of stock so they say they are going to try and order it from *********** I call back 3 hours later. The lady now tells me that it will be ***** hours for the procurement team to place the f****** order. Excuse the **** out of me?!I asked to speak with a manager, they will call me back in ***** hours. I tell them it needs to be an hour because this was supposed to already be expedited. She just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. The company completing the work has someone just waiting to head to our home because they know this is a situation that needs to be done. But evidently, the home warranty company does not. I asked for a corporate number, they shared the same number thats on their website. I can't find some place to voice my concerns so here we are. This company gladly takes my money monthly and charges $70 per visit. But when it comes to getting things done in a timely manner they are the worst.

      This company is a complete rip off!! We have had A/C issues for the past 7 years and every year we go through the same c*** with this company!! First we call and report the problem. Then they recommend a company to come fix our A/C that doesnt service our area. The we call them back and they recommend another company that doesnt service our area. When we finally get a company that does service our area, they come out and replace the same part every year that fixes it until the next year!!
