Do you like to sweat? Do you like misery? Do you prefer companies that not only pass the buck internally, but externally as well? Then do I have "warranty" "company" for you!I've had Landmark for 6 years and they have always been "just ok", but don't worry, since being purchased by One Guard they are even worse!I'm going on 3 weeks with no A/C, in summer, in *****. Yay!When I initially called Landmark they had a contractor here within 24hrs. He told them that very day what the issue was. But Landmark knows best and wanted to make sure they could provide...nothing. Trust me, they'd do less if they could, and they are working tirelessly night and day to find a way to do even less than nothing! Here's how they do it: The phone reps ***** Authorization. Authorization *****s Purchasing. Purchasing *****s the Supply House. We all ***** the Supply Chain, except the contractor of course, because he can get the part elsewhere if Landmark would only let him. Rinse and repeat!Having Landmark Home Warranty feels like having no home warranty and that is 100% by design. If you love heat, enjoy frustration and hate yourself, then Landmark Home Warranty by One Guard is just for you!Landmark Home Warranty LLC

Home warranty service auto renewed without permission or consent. We called them many times and emailed them try to resolve the issue but they renewed the plan with out my consent and charged it from my card, email them back and forth but their retention team is not ready to accept that they did it without any notice or permission. I do have email correspondence to support my claim. Their retention executive are so rude they don't care any logic/ reason or any evidence produced to them.Their website is not customer friendly at all so their staff. their website has no cancellation option if you want to cancel your services even their phone service has no option of it. they keep transferring the call or put you on hold for unlimited time.Landmark Home Warranty LLC

What a joke this clowns are...I live near ******* ** where is reeeeeally hot in summer time. Made a claim when my refrigerator ice maker stop working, days later a appliance company show up, inspected and told me they were going to replace it...couple weeks after they show up again and did replace it but no ice was made...called back and they said oh it's the digital panel but is discontinued and we can not help you, Landmark will take care of you. 3 months later no contact from Landmark till I called and told me well since is a discontinued part we will give you a check so you can buy the part yourself and pay someone to install it...now this is a part that a appliance repair company can not get...so I guess it will be easy for me to get on my own. They will contact me once she talked to a supervisor to see how much the part cost and send me as check. A whole week went by and no contact was made, I called again and again they told me they will speak to a supervisor to address my issue.********Landmark Home Warranty LLC

They don't actually fix things anymore. I have been trying to get them to fix my air conditioner since June. I've suffered over two months in the *******. They charge a service fee for the company to come out, and if the problem is not fixed, there's no refund. When it was in the high 80's in my house after weeks of calling, they wouldn't even pay the full price of a small one room portable a/c. When the second company told Landmark that the coil and related parts needed to be replaced, they refused to pay for the majority of the repair even none of the needed parts were on their 'excluded parts' list. Even though they say they cover the A/C, there are parts in the unit you have to repair yourself. Despite the fact that I have the most expensive coverage they have for air conditioners, they are demanding that I pay for over half of the repair, nearly $5,000.00 out of my pocket! Two sweaty months later, I realized that either going with another company or not getting a warranty would have saved me immeasurable time and aggravation.Landmark Home Warranty LLC

A company that does not honor what they say they do. They give unrealistic time ranges that never get met. They give runarounds about service calls. They do the bare minimum especially with who they contract for service calls. They are rude and hang up on their customers. This company needs to be shut down immediately.Jessica F.

My mother has been without ac cooling in her homes with outside temps reaching past 106 for a week now. She has a heart condition and animals in her home. This company could care less. I DO NOT SUGGEST GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY OR BUSINESS.Landmark Home Warranty LLC

Landmark Home Warranty has sent someone out at least 7 times to fix our downstairs central air conditioning/ Heating unit. I have paid $70 several times with no results. They say it is working but it does not cool the down stairs area down to 76 degrees. They replaced the motor in the air handler about 4 months ago and it does not push enough air to cool the area. I have 2 identical units and after they replaced the motor, it moves 50% less air than it used to and is half of what the identical unit moves..Bottom line, it has not cooled the downstairs since they replaced the motor. I have called and requested to speak to a manager at least 4 times.. all i get is crickets..no return calls. Over all, 5 service calls and visits and still not cooling. This used to be a good company to deal with, but in the last 3 years they have been very disappointing in their service and results. All I want is a manager to pull all the visits by the techs and explain to me why this unit will not cool to 72degrees or less as i have an identical unit (which they have serviced several times over the years) that easily takes the temp below 70 with no problem.Landmark Home Warranty LLC

The ****************** just came out again yesterday 8-25-22 to install a part. They said it should cool now but it is not cooling the house today...Temp is at 77 degrees. How many service calls do I have to have?......if you cannot fix it, do something about it!! Your people stay on script (just like your response to my complaint) and will not offer and additional info. I am a very unsatisfied customer and have asked several times to speak with a manager.... crickets. My question is: Are you going to continue to ignore my issue until we get into cooler weather? The Problem is my unit is a Heat Pump, so it needs to be repaired now. It would be terrific if you can outline what actions you are going to take to repair my unit on my upcoming additional service call which you have on file.
