I've been billed by these people 2 times was refunded once then it taken back out of my account that put me negative. I want to know how they got a payment from me while I was locked up in jail. There were no charges as ***** blocked them. But the attempt was made and ***** caught it acme notified us.
A better explanation as to why the attempt was made to charge my credit card would be acceptable. How was my card number used in the 1st place... what purchase was attempted? What was the merchandise? Am I subscribed to your company? If this was an attempt to charge for a subscription, I would like to be aware. Please explain.
