    I keep getting attempted charges on my paypal account. I do not want this going on anymore I dont know anything about this company I never said it was ok to take money out or try ao please stop trying to take my money or i will take this business to court im so done with it.     Two charges for $49.95 appeared on my card, Sept 9th and Oct 9 2023. I do not know this organization. I did not authorize these charges. When I called to ask them to refund these charges, they asked for my card information. I provided last 4 digits. They asked for my email address which I provided. The billing clerk was not able to pull up an account using that email address so he told me he could not refund and to recheck my information and call back. I told him there is nothing to check on my end, this is that is the only email I use, I did not authorize those charges and they need to be reversed. They clearly had my card to charge, so they should be able to reverse. He hung up on me. Unacceptable, I will continue to pursue until I am reimbursed for these charges.

    A company called motoraches.net attempted to remove money from my account unauthorized... I'm disabled and on Social security... they are scamming people from their account... I never enrolled or even heard of them and now I have to go through the process of waiting for a new number and debit card to pay for my bills **** days..

    I now have to put my rent and bills on hold until I receive a new debit card..and most likely have to pay late charges and cannot by ********** disabled and a veteran living alone..I believe I should be compensated for the aggravation and time ive been put through for their unauthorized use of my card

    I have never even heard of this company and they charged me $49.95 to my bank account! For what?? Seems like a scam to me. Canceling my card to hopefully prevent this from happening in the future.

    I have never signed up for anything regarding this website yet somehow they have my card information and have charged me $39.95 twice that I am aware of. This business is a scam and acquiring card information fraudulently.

    We have never done business with this entity, we have no relationship with them, and have no idea who they even are. Yet they keep trying to charge our credit card over and over again. This appears to be some type of scam using my personal information.

    On July 24, 2023, I was charged $49.95 on my credit card. What for? I do not know who this company is!! I called and was given the runaround. No one could help.

    BBB, How can this company say they have returned my money when no one has contacted me from this company nor have they called or emailed asking for the credit card number for the funds to be refunded back too! ?  HOW CAN THEY REFUND MY $49.95 WITHOUT MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER??

    FYI; I checked with my bank and no such transactions have been made.
