    Motoraches.net billed my credit card several times. My credit card company sent a fraud alert. After speaking with them they cancelled that card and issued a new one. Now there is another charge from Motoraches.net on my new card. I called the number on my statement and the person wanted all my information to look up my account. Since they should be able to locate it with my name I am uncomfortable giving that out to them. I do not know what these charges are for or who the company is. I need to know they are legitimate and why are they charging me. Also, how did they get my new credit card number to keep billing me.

    I have had multiple fraud alerts from my bank that motoraches.net is charging my debit card $49.95. I declined the first attempt and was issued a new debit card in December. Another attempt at charging $49.95 occurred 1/19/24 I do not want to continue to request new debit cards when I am not initiating these transactions and do not know what the company even does.

    I used QR scanner to go to a Japanese website to buy some tickets. I clicked on the bottom that says"OK", assuming I was going to the next page to pay for the tickets. I gave my card info including the security code to the site, still thinking it was for the Japanese tickets, though I ended up not buy the tickets. I was charged $1.00, because sometimes companies do that to confirm the card is real. The site listed was "Mediabundled.com" that had nothing to do with the ticket company, and I realized I might have given access to my account to a fraudulent entity. The transaction listed in my account was ************************. I contacted my bank to let them know, and have stopped future payments on it. I am filing this complaint on this company, before they do more serious charges fraudulently.

    This company has charged me in 5 dollar increments 3 times and has tried to charge me ***** at least 20 times for services I have never received or wanted. Need them to stop trying to charge my card immediately

    Motoraches.xyz made unauthorized charges on my credit card which started on 9/16/23, with the first charge in the amount of $1.95. On 9/21/23 an additional unauthorized charge was made for $49.95 and another on 9/30/23. Every month since a recurring charge has been made on the 21st of each month for $49.95 and an additional on the 30th of each month for $4.95.

    Motoraches charged my debit card $4.95 on 12/04/2023.I do not know of this company nor did I authorize any transaction from this company.I need a reimbursement of this transaction back to my account.

    My credit card was charged ***** on 11/30.None of my calls to motoraches . com were returned. I did not make this transaction and reported it as fraudulent to my bank and had to cancel my debit card. Somehow Motoraches .com accessed my account and made this charge. My bank has now denied my claim for charge reversal on the grounds that I signed up for some service form Motoraches- this is false - I did not sign up for anything nor have I ever heard of this company before.

    I googled Venmo, to set it up and get the app, and I clicked on the first site in line. It said download, so I did, and the whole time I thought I was downloading Venmo. I gave my card info including the security code to the site, still thinking it was for Venmo. I even got a fraud alert, but approved it from the bank for a charge of 1.00$, because sometimes companies do that to confirm the card is real. After that I was sent to a site that had nothing to do with *****, and I realized I might have given access to my account to a fraudulent entity. The transaction listed in my account was for **************************, which sent me somewhere different. The number to call said they were closed, and to try the website www.abhelp.com, which is no longer an active site. Ill be contacting the bank to let them know, but this is quite obviously a scam. Thank goodness so far they have only taken 1.00$Im filing this complaint to get them shutdown, before they do more serious charges fraudulently.
